Came in at 9:20pm on a Tuesday night. The food came out pretty quickly and got served fast when paying in cash.nnOrdered a triple cheeseburger and only got cheese burger.nnI don’t usually make reviews on places but the amount of times that my order has been messed up and had missing items have now exceeded at least 6 times.
Bacon like leather, couldnt eat it. Burgers super messily put together. Only half-filled chips. Didn't get shaker fries sachet which we paid extra for and was told they have none left, then got ignored with no apology. Really disappointing and unsatisfying experience. Gave feedback with no response.
The food I receive from uber eats is always hot and tasty. Always receive exactly what I ordered. I also love the Mc cafe coffee. The nicest coffee I've tasted. I have 2 large coffees every time. I would recommend silverstream mcdonald's burgers and coffee to anyone and everyone.
Its 1.30 Am and the date is 5 October…. whose so ever is a manager at this time in the manager dress was one of the rude manager i have ever experience…. Shame on the macdonald s organisation to hire these kindaa rude people in a team…. its a shame
Brought a bacon and egg hunger buster and my big burger top bun was relatively small compared to bottom bun, manager's response was oh that's normal even after me showing him size difference,was completely in denial whole time I was talking to him.nThink sir you need glasses and upskill on you're interactions with customers in general instead of getting all defensive because I was right!
