silverstream maccas has the loveliest lady working on the lobby. she always greets people coming and has been really helpful especially for elderly people and people with disability especially around the kiosks area. food is amazing and hot all the time and pretty quick with it. thank you so much!
I gave a few stars because the young girl who makes coffee on a saturday makes lovely ones and has a lovely manner.nnHowever one staff member questioned my 83 year old grandmother at the drivethrough when she was purchashing a coffee on her gold card! Pretty poor. Amd embrassing for my grandmother.nnLike......really........ shes clearly 83 and we have had no trouble with her using a discount at every other mcdonalds.
The premises are always immaculate and well-maintained.nExceptional and proactive service bybthe staff.nPlay Area for the kids is a cherry on a cake as kids always love it and spend some time there. He play area feels safe and cleanliness is very well maintained.
Super fast service, fastest ever in Maccas and friendly too despite both the store and drive thru being busy with the lunch rush, chips were simply awesome and piping hot too. Well done team.
I had the pleasure of being served by Amy.P today and she was incredible! Her customer service skills were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely sweet. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed. 10/10, thank you Amy!
