I was ticketed $65 by the agent Parking Enforcement Services of this store while I sat in my vehicle minutes before I went in the store and ate - I am so angry at this stores illegal practices.nnThe Parking Enforcement Services a subsidiary of the absolutely abhorrent and notorious Wilson Parking NZ staff member literally watched me walk into the store, and obviously took a photo of my vehicle at some point and today I get in the mail a $65 ticket. I observed the officer ticketing almost every single person on February 20th at 3pm that parked in the car park, even those going into BK. The images on my ticket even show me sitting in the vehicle as my car idled, quite comical tbh.nnToo bad for Wilson Parking, I have 4 different forms of timestamped evidence, and was a regular customer at the store - but not anymore. I won't go back even if it is the last food outlet open in the airport precinct.nnTo the older Maori lady in the Grey hatch back, I watched you order an ice cream and also get ticketed by the same officer while you were away from your vehicle getting that ice cream. I was pretty appalled by this dishonest practice. Don't pay the fine, talk to your bank and get the transaction record if you did not keep your receipt.nnDo not eat at this store if you are driving a car, you are likely to be ticketed even as a legitimate customer. Bad luck for these people, I have my receipt, as well as 4 other forms of evidence all time stamped and I will be fighting this in the small claims court. I am also considering a complaint to the Commerce Commission about this scam that is taking place.nnGood work BK Wellington Airport!
Arrived at 10:30pm. Tonight on Tuesday the 15th of July. And received a raw paddy in my burger and didn’t realise until I had a few bites!. What makes it worst is I already ate another in the dark in my car whilst driving so I don’t know if it was raw aswell. I fully understand I arrived half hour before closing time which I do acknowledge but it seemed like they were under staffed having only two employees working. Which one was cleaning and the other taking orders, cooking and serving it seemed they wanted to leave early as I watched multiple cars leave behind me at this time at 1030. Maybe because of the wait or they had been turned away. This will be my last time coming here and from now on I will fully distrust Burger King, not just because of this incident but because there have been multiple times since I’ve come to this branch and had bad experiences with food. I spent over 50 dollars here aswell and probably received food poisoning.
Genius idea, stop advertising free delivery everywhere if it's not available. I know crazy idea . * Edited after the response, here is a recent picture proving otherwise. I attempted to use both website and app of which I am a frequent customer of embarrassing to say and both prove my point. *Further edit as proven by the AI bot response to reviews this offer doesn't exist here
Self service machine didn’t work , tried for a while with no success.nI went up to counter , some disinterested chap who appeared to be the duty manager served me there. I told him about the issue with the machine . He didn’t acknowledge what I had told him, he was unfriendly at best . Then he went over and cleaned the machines , so he obviously understood what I had said. Food was ok but large fries had hardly any in it I just didn’t like the whole vibe in there . How hard is it to give good customer service
I don't know when they did it but they have installed an AI order taker in the dive thru. I found it very disconcerting and awkward to talk to, the constant attempt to upsell me was annoying. The screen wasn't on and it didn't read back my order so I wasn't sure it got everything right until after getting my food. All in all if they're not going to employ people then I'd prefer a kiosk at that point even if that comes with its own problems.nnGot one of the crispy chicken sandwiches and it was swimming in mayo. It's fast food so it's never been amazing but I do feel like it's gotten worse over the last few years.
