I ordered a pepperoni pizza from here and I was blown away by the service. I believe a girl named Ella delivered my food and she arrived earlier than I expected, and the food was hot and fresh! Very impressed by the service from Ella specifically. Her name was Ella. Last name? Turner.

I was served by someone named Zena. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The food also tasted absolutely aMAZEing. Zena really enhanced my dominos Khandallah experience, she deserves a raise! Please keep her on forever, she is the only reason that I order from Khandallah. I believe her last name is Cato. You got very very lucky hiring her.

The worst experience we've ever had with a pizza joint. We ordered through Uber Eats who use Dominos drivers. They took over an hour to deliver a small order, pulled into our private street at 9:30PM and sat between all of our houses honking the horn for us to come out as they didn't want to get out of the car, keep in mind they had our number to call us if they weren't sure of the house. I wish Hells was open, we'll only be ordering from there here on out.

I had the most wonderful experience with the staff! I believe a girl names Ella dropped off my order, she was so quick and kind. Please pass on my thanks. Food was very yummy as well.

We usually have a really great experience with Dominos Khandallah. However, our recent order left much to be desired.  We live 6min drive away, and our order took 50+ minutes door to door we are aware delivery times may vary for whatever reason, but this was double the length it usually takes.  When it arrived, the food was cold and one of the pizzas was quite wrong.  We called the store to notify them of the issue, and the person on the other end of the phone was not apologetic and was very dismissive and rude - thankfully, they offered to send us the correct pizza and we were told to keep the incorrect one.  The new pizza arrived another 50mins later and it was perfect, awesome!.  We are grateful for that, however we were really disappointed with the quality of the food in the original delivery and even more disappointed with the customer service we received both from the delivery driver both times, and the person we spoke to on the phone, as well as the timing.  We really hope this is a one off and perhaps it has been a crazy night being a long weekend, but we will definitely only do pick up from now on and will check our order is correct / properly made.
