Look I’m not normally the type to complain or confront but I thought the McDonald’s I bought today was beyond unacceptable. Firstly I got a mcfloat that was literally half full, secondly there was no sweet and sour sauce that I had ordered. These are only small mistakes but it really did ruin my day.

Be careful of ordering from here if you have allergies! I ordered a bunch of cheese-free burgers, and instead - sure enough - got cheese. Don't make the mistake I did, and be sure to double check your order before leaving the restaurant. At least my quarter pounder didn't have any cheese... but instead it could best be described as having the vague hint of sauce and pickle singular.nnUpdate: big thanks to Sonja from j'ville Mcdonalds for calling me and sorting that pretty much within an hour; I really appreciate her help, and I've updated my review to match.

Went on monday 11/05/26 at 10mins to midnight and it was the best maccas service I've ever had. The girl that took my order had the best attitude, especially since it was almost midnight. Wish I got her name.

I was extremely disappointed with the new McDonald's in Jville. The staff seemed completely uninterested in serving customers, and the single person counter was inadequate. I had a large order, but when I checked it before leaving, the fries were stone-cold. The service was the worst I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. Jville, you can do better! Consider hiring new staff who are enthusiastic about serving fast food.
