chips were not cooked properly, my double cheeseburger didnt have enough tomato sauce. Customer service wasn’t the best, I said thank you once the lady came but she put the food down and walked away without saying your welcome. And to add on I didn’t get pickles.
I recieved 2 Sundae's with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla, and Doordash did not provide a refund. A simple 5 minute call to the store itself was enough, not only to clear up the issue, but also to recieve ample compensation for my troubles! They went out of their way to help me, and that is all you can really ask as a loyal paying customer. Well done MacDonalds Rangitikei Street!
Look it’s still a Maccas, my burger was a touch dry. But! The post mix sprite was the best I’ve ever had of post mix. And, the staff seemed actually happy to be there with each other. The customers service wasn’t markedly better, but it wasn’t like they turned it on and off as they talked to customers, because they actually were chatting away with their colleagues.
The big Mac was the perfect Burger why did you make the patty skinny... to move to redirect people to newer burgers on the block... I get the fact that burgers like the big Mac end up being a nightmare when your trying to increase profits and the Mc chicken another favorite the fillet of fish you hve deliberately destroyed that that was other perfect burger and ends up being a wall that get in the way of any other burgers making the cut. Very disappointing id hve to go passed 4 fast food restaurant to get to Mc des. Loyalty gets you no where.
Bro I got 4 big macs , paid $30+ and they all came with only one patty.. ridiculous!! I will be contacting for a refund
