Look it’s still a Maccas, my burger was a touch dry. But! The post mix sprite was the best I’ve ever had of post mix. And, the staff seemed actually happy to be there with each other. The customers service wasn’t markedly better, but it wasn’t like they turned it on and off as they talked to customers, because they actually were chatting away with their colleagues.
Bro I got 4 big macs , paid $30+ and they all came with only one patty.. ridiculous!! I will be contacting for a refund
Typical Mackers, busy which was good, and a very helpful worker who showed me how to order on machines and how to get a table number. I am not a regular MacDonalds customer
I recently visited McDonald's on Rangitikei Street in Palmerston North and was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of my order. I ordered hotcakes, which should come with whipped butter and maple syrup, but my order had neither. The hotcakes were dry and bland without the essential toppings.nnTo make matters worse, when I called the location to address the issue, they rudely hung up on me, claiming they were too busy to help. This is unacceptable customer service! If a company can't ensure basic order accuracy or provide polite customer support, it fails at the fundamentals of good business.nnI expected better from a global chain like McDonald's. Clearly, they need to re-evaluate their priorities and put customers first. Until they improve, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Fast and pleasant service. Drive through teller was very patient with me relaying the orders of three young grandchildren! Often go to Rangitikei Rd McDonald's, very happy!
