They are usually pretty good but I just wish the baristas would shake the almond milk properly as I get ice coffees here often and the milk is ALWAYS lumpy and it’s abit off putting seeing all the lumps of milk floating around!
I recently visited McDonald's on Rangitikei Street in Palmerston North and was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of my order. I ordered hotcakes, which should come with whipped butter and maple syrup, but my order had neither. The hotcakes were dry and bland without the essential toppings.nnTo make matters worse, when I called the location to address the issue, they rudely hung up on me, claiming they were too busy to help. This is unacceptable customer service! If a company can't ensure basic order accuracy or provide polite customer support, it fails at the fundamentals of good business.nnI expected better from a global chain like McDonald's. Clearly, they need to re-evaluate their priorities and put customers first. Until they improve, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The place aren't too crowded, service was good and not a long queue, they made my iced chocolate taste so nice. I did not give full 5 stars because I haven't ordered a full meal. I might change to full 5 stars if I try their meals and was good.
I absolutely hated this place. Staff were rude,well lets say the majority. The patties were like smothered in pepper. Never going again. I don't go knocking places down but y'all surely got me real riled up. Never coming back here again.
Ordered my Mother’s Day breakfast for delivery. They were busy so obviously late by a half hour. However the hotcakes x3 we ordered had no syrup or butter. The hot chocolates had no milk in them and my mocachino I ordered with almond milk had cows milk. They then overcompensated for other missing items by oversupplying with stale greasy hashbrowns that couldn’t be separated from the paper bag. Honestly would have been more appealing and quicker if I made it all myself waste of time and money.
