They are usually pretty good but I just wish the baristas would shake the almond milk properly as I get ice coffees here often and the milk is ALWAYS lumpy and it’s abit off putting seeing all the lumps of milk floating around!
I recently visited McDonald's on Rangitikei Street in Palmerston North and was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of my order. I ordered hotcakes, which should come with whipped butter and maple syrup, but my order had neither. The hotcakes were dry and bland without the essential toppings.nnTo make matters worse, when I called the location to address the issue, they rudely hung up on me, claiming they were too busy to help. This is unacceptable customer service! If a company can't ensure basic order accuracy or provide polite customer support, it fails at the fundamentals of good business.nnI expected better from a global chain like McDonald's. Clearly, they need to re-evaluate their priorities and put customers first. Until they improve, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Went here at lunch time on a saturday. Took a long time for food to arrive over 15 minutes. Plenty of staff standing sround doing not much. The resteraunt was dirty, rubbish bins over flowing, floors unswept for a long time food and rubnish everywhere. Mens toilet out of order and no loo paper in the ladies. A customer dropped a drink on the floor made staff aware at the time and we had to ask again half an hour later for them to ckean up. The manager was't interested when raised with her and walked off. Staff all laughing having a good time on phines earbuds in etc but not serving custimers making food or cleaning. Shame on this McD's one of fhe worst in NZ.
Ordered through uber eats. Order arrived with 6/8 things missing. Called store. “Manager” said talk to uber eats we can’t do anything. Put me on to another “manager” again talk to uber eats we”they take the payment and the order comes to our screen we fill it”. Had either manager listened to the issue they would have understood that the problem was not anything to do with payment or the transaction itself but that their team had not done their job by filling the order correctly. No empathy shown, no problem solving. Just terrible customer service.
