chips were not cooked properly, my double cheeseburger didnt have enough tomato sauce. Customer service wasn’t the best, I said thank you once the lady came but she put the food down and walked away without saying your welcome. And to add on I didn’t get pickles.
Bro I got 4 big macs , paid $30+ and they all came with only one patty.. ridiculous!! I will be contacting for a refund
Typical Mackers, busy which was good, and a very helpful worker who showed me how to order on machines and how to get a table number. I am not a regular MacDonalds customer
Got my six pack of Nuggies. The touch screen was smooth on my fingers and surprisingly clean. The sound of the small child falling off the playground was a nice touch. Great ambiance.
Went here at lunch time on a saturday. Took a long time for food to arrive over 15 minutes. Plenty of staff standing sround doing not much. The resteraunt was dirty, rubbish bins over flowing, floors unswept for a long time food and rubnish everywhere. Mens toilet out of order and no loo paper in the ladies. A customer dropped a drink on the floor made staff aware at the time and we had to ask again half an hour later for them to ckean up. The manager was't interested when raised with her and walked off. Staff all laughing having a good time on phines earbuds in etc but not serving custimers making food or cleaning. Shame on this McD's one of fhe worst in NZ.
