Ordered a kiwiburger and asked for no beetroot and a cheeseburger with no pickle.nBoth burgers came with pickle - even though there shouldn't be any in a kiwiburger in the first place.nSo funny, McDs. We will try Ruahine St next time.
I ordered my food on the kiosks and had to wait 40 minutes for them to call my order out and they never did, proceeded to ask them where my order was they have the audacity to ask if I paid for it, turns out they had clicked it off the screen. They then proceeded to take another 15 mins to make my order and practically threw it into my hands.
This restaurant NEVER gets your order correct. Always missing something and half the time the food is practically thrown in bags. I believe the Management to be the main one to blame. How can you not be aware of the poor product your staff are providing. Do better
The 2 usual cleaners didn't seem to be working on Sun 21 Apr 2024. But at least other staff could clear the tables & empty the rubbish bins. Customers like me had to leave our rubbish on the tables. it might be a busy time between 12.30 & 1 pm but no excuse as it spoilt an otherwise nice meal.
Paid top dollar for Uber eats, turned up missing half the order , rung the store got told to complain to Uber eats. Sorry didn’t realise they packed the meals, not surprised by this place , always have to double check your orders. Sufficed to say what a hassle to have to re order and pay for another delivery when you paid for the service the first time round. Neat
