BUYER BEWARE! CHECK YOUR ORDER! Keep your receipts!!!nnBought two large fries, through the drive through, checked it when I arrived home, both were half full!!!nnIn the past I've added extras onto the burgers like an extra patty, or cheese, and they forget to add it in. I now always check that the order is correct. I didn't think I'd be cheated on fries, so never thought to check!!
I came here after a hockey game wanting a nice hot meal to have. The ordering machine didn’t print a receipt, wait time was ages and when I got my food the fries were tipped upside down and spilling. They also forgot straws for my drinks.
Just a note to the manager…The young girl taking orders at the drive through tonight 6:30pm was fantastic. Her customer service skills and energy needs to be shouted out. It’s very refreshing to receive genuine natural service in fast food places so props to her during a crazy busy dinner rush.
Overall no complaints at all. One of the better Mc Ds I’ve been to. I liked how I asked for no onions and I got none and no pickles either! I don’t like pickles either but they are easy to take out perfect burger and nice and hot!
Paid for items not received have a very disappointed kid. chips tasted like week old stall couch fries and burger slapped together with no care easily the worst McDonald's in the country.
