The 2 usual cleaners didn't seem to be working on Sun 21 Apr 2024. But at least other staff could clear the tables & empty the rubbish bins. Customers like me had to leave our rubbish on the tables. it might be a busy time between 12.30 & 1 pm but no excuse as it spoilt an otherwise nice meal.
Paid top dollar for Uber eats, turned up missing half the order , rung the store got told to complain to Uber eats. Sorry didn’t realise they packed the meals, not surprised by this place , always have to double check your orders. Sufficed to say what a hassle to have to re order and pay for another delivery when you paid for the service the first time round. Neat
Pretty rubbish experience. Grill slip was disregarded. Two things requested to not be in my burger were added & the extra add on was missed. Went up to let them know. All they did was add the extra on. So had to go up again to get it fixed. Noticed more things were missing from the other things ordered but didn’t want to go back up for a third time. As staff didn’t seem to care.
Again a double 1/4 pounder i order but recieve only one patty but paid for two. If this happened just once in a while i could understand it but if they get the order 3 times out of 5 wrong then there is a problem with training or numeracy and literacy is not up to standard.
The food is amazing, The bins are clean this time. Just the floor that's just a little dirty, love the staff, food was pretty slow, but it's nice.
