Maccas Princess Street, you’ve outdone yourselves with this $8.30 chicken muffin disaster! The bread looks like it’s been sat on by a sumo wrestler: soggy, deformed, and an absolute insult to carbs everywhere. The cheese? A melted mess. For that price, I expected a meal, not a slap in the face with a damp napkin. Disgraceful food, full stop. Avoid this dump!
Order was taken promptly once reached speaker.nStaff member gave a takeaway bag to another staff member waiting at the drive through pick up window saying what order was in the bag my multi order, after 5 minutes of waiting the Staff remember came back to tell the staff member waiting at the window to give the bag to me. The staff member gave me.the bag apologizing. The food was fresh but put together very sloppily. It tasted good.

Well im not someone who eats that often at McDonald's, but it was clean and even though it was a busy time of day, we got our food in a timely manner.
Dear Managers/Owners. I am forming a poor opinion of you! Your quality control is severely lacking. How often do you change the oil you cook your fries in? Not often I guess - fries were stale as and under cooked to the point of being almost raw this time. Last visit my cheese was on the outside of my burger. The time before that my burger was a deconstructed burger and each of these visits just stale food. I keep thinking surely my disappointment in this meal is just a one off mistake by your undertrained staff yet this is the 4th time I've hoped for improvement. So I'm voting with my dollar elsewhere from now on. You can't blame your staff if you choose them then don't train them properly to care about the product they produce for you! Your business reflects you, the buck stops with you and this buck is stopping.
