Spent $44 for 2 combo meals and ended up with barely warm fried. Returned for replacement and fries came back same condition warm just as the ones initially served up. Really. Should have been able to do better than that…….Wont be back anytime soon as there are plenty of other fast food places to choose from in Palmerston North
My partner and I visited this store on the 25th of November for lunch and are absolutely stoked we did! Food was fresh and tasted amazing! We were severed by the most delightful man, didn’t catch his name but he wished us a merry Christmas, his customer service and over all vibe was fantastic! He was so pleasant and friendly. 10/10 customer service from him : would absolutely dine here again!
Higher price point than competitors' for similar quality fast food. The dining area needed more attention to details with cleaning. However, this is arguably normal for this style of fast food place. The quality of food has degraded since first opening in Palmerston north. Drive thru available, plenty of parking, limited seated areas inside. Drink refill station available with free refills.
The food here is incredible, and the customer service is excellent! They are quick and efficient with their orders.
The lady that served me was so lovely. Blonde woman with glasses. Can't remember the burger but it had onion rings and was pretty good. Atmosphere sucks everywhere, I'm an introvert. Give us private booths!
