Higher price point than competitors' for similar quality fast food. The dining area needed more attention to details with cleaning. However, this is arguably normal for this style of fast food place. The quality of food has degraded since first opening in Palmerston north. Drive thru available, plenty of parking, limited seated areas inside. Drink refill station available with free refills.
Very disappointing experience. Drive through had no screen, the woman taking orders sounded like she was bored to the point of being almost asleep. I ordered a superstar burger combo and only drove a short distance to eat and the burger was cold in the middle - obviously not made fresh. The fries were OK but not as nice as on a previous visit several years ago. I'm going back to Burger King - still the best burgers flavour wise.
I really wanted to like this place. My first time coming here and I got the star burger for all of the fresh bits and pieces. Imagine my sunrise when I get tiny piece of lettuce, 2 pickles and a small tomato ring. It was pitiful. Not to mention, the top bun was mostly slip off so there was sauce all over the bread and packaging while trying to eat. Disappointed and unlikely I will be back
I went there with the person with the latest review. I can confirm it was life changing. Service 10/10. Food 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10. Whoever made my food and friends food needs a phat smooch. Would go again very soon. We travelled 2 hours for it. And did not disappoint. Bless you
I just been make a call to them to place an order and they wasn’t pick up my call. Then after 5 minutes I keen to store and it wasn’t that busy.nJust customers were at 3-4 tables. The follows are working their I guess they don’t want to do customer service
