Higher price point than competitors' for similar quality fast food. The dining area needed more attention to details with cleaning. However, this is arguably normal for this style of fast food place. The quality of food has degraded since first opening in Palmerston north. Drive thru available, plenty of parking, limited seated areas inside. Drink refill station available with free refills.
The food here is incredible, and the customer service is excellent! They are quick and efficient with their orders.
The lady that served me was so lovely. Blonde woman with glasses. Can't remember the burger but it had onion rings and was pretty good. Atmosphere sucks everywhere, I'm an introvert. Give us private booths!
Horrible customer service. The server needs a refresher training course on how to serve their customer - she literally dropped our tray on the table right in front of our face. The food was okay but the atmosphere of the place is a little too cold for our liking.
Always one of our options to eat at when we're in Palmy. The burgers are juicy and the service fast. The milkshake has a thicker straw which helps the drinker since the shake is pretty thick - just how we like it. The Macca's across the road seems a little sad lol.
