This location has a basement that can be used for more people to eat inside. Important to note, there is no lift only stairs. Good service overall, although it was crowded they have a nice and fast customer service.
Good McDonalds, the lower seating area and bathroom are also open late for use which made seating during the busy night rush easy.Food: 4/5
Is it ok the place is open to eat in but toilets are closed? It is restaurant and the same law is for all others as well as for McDonald's. This morning manager informed sick woman she can use railway station's toilet instead. In case he "can't open the facility at the place" she should go to the station located in approximately 1mile. Manager or "manager"?
A small entrance and seating area makes for a crowded appearance, especially with the order screens on the right, which at the busy time we visited, hides the fact there is a staircase in the far left corner to a large downstairs seating area. It would be good to have a table service here and some order screens so differently able people like me don't have to negotiate the stairs too frequently. Overall a good McDonald's restaurant. Good food and our order correctly served.
Quite crowded but quick. Veggie burger + nacho cheese blobs. Mmm.
McDonalds isn't my choice of eatery and I can't remember the last time I visited one, but it was early morning, we were hungry and it was open, after a 12 hr flight it was convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast we got. The staff were polite and friendly too.
Aggressive, unprofessional staff. I was very shocked about how I was treated this evening and the extraordinary long wait for my simple food order. An embarrassment to the franchise. Food was made quickly but distributed very slowly and piled up getting cold. They took my receipt so I could not leave a “food for thoughts” comment officially.
Very poor customer service. Rude staff, particularly the coloured, bearded, bald and chubby guy at the counter I think he is the Manager. He was shouting at me for not collecting my take-away immediately and it annoyed him so much! Unbelievable! He shouldn't be working in customer service! No bloddy manners! Definitely won't visit this place again! Time of visit was 6th Nov 2022 at 8am.
rude staff as always especially manager, incorrect drink, items customised incorrectly, never any receipts available so can't complete survey to complain which is very convenient and can't tell what your order number is - when you ask you are treated rudely again by staff. This is the worst mcdonalds branch I have ever ordered from.
Gosh McDonald's has become so dull and boring, is the food ok? yes. Is the food enjoyable? Somewhat. Is the whole experience and value still there? Not sure. The menus are dull just ok, nothing is served like the sales pictures, but its just all ok and nothing more.
