I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a staff member named Ben who regularly takes orders at your drive-through.nnI frequently use the mobile app to place and pay for my orders in advance, specifically to make the process faster. However, whenever Ben is on the headset, the experience becomes consistently frustrating and inefficient.nnDespite clearly providing my order number, he often fails to properly acknowledge it and incorrectly directs me to the first window, even though my order has already been paid for and should go straight to the second window. This creates unnecessary delays and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.nnIn addition, his speech is frequently unclear and difficult to understand, which adds to the confusion and slows down the process even further. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened multiple times, and it is becoming a recurring issue whenever he is working.nnI have worked with people who have similar communication challenges before, so I understand that this can be difficult. However, in a fast-paced drive-through environment, clear and accurate communication is essential. At the moment, this is not being met, and it is impacting both customers and, I imagine, the rest of the team who have to work around these issues.nnAt this point, it feels like a consistent service failure rather than a one-off problem. I would expect that a staff member in this role is able to communicate clearly and follow a basic process, especially when handling pre-paid mobile orders.nnI would appreciate this being taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

It’s the dirtiest Mc Donald’s I’ve been to ever, toilets are runned down, there’s noise coming from their ceiling.nIt’s definitely have to be called the crappiest place of NZ.

This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had.nnFood: The fries were the worst I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s — undercooked and already cold when served.nnRestrooms: Absolutely filthy.nnKids’ play area: Shockingly dirty. There was a very strong and unpleasant smell, like urine, which made it completely unacceptable for children.nnGiven the overall level of cleanliness, it honestly makes me question whether the food is being prepared and handled hygienically at all.

Service is very slow all the time in the drive thru, even when no one else is there & talk about repeat repeat repeat your order & they still get it wrong, how does a large strawberry sundae sound like fries???? Bonus if you get hot food too. Not very good customer service at all & last resort to come here because of it.

Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The restaurant hygiene was extremely poor — there were mosquitoes inside and the toilets were dirty and not properly maintained. The fries were undercooked, and the staff came across as rude and uninterested in customer service.nI have never experienced such poor standards at any McDonald’s before. It is disappointing to see the quality and cleanliness being neglected like this. Shame on the owner and management for allowing the restaurant to operate in this condition.
