Getting better ...... starting 2 get what I ordered
This was the worst drive through service I have ever had. Hot chocolate was not hot, apple pie was ok, sundae had sauce on the outside of the cup which got all over my hands and clothes. We had to wait for a very long time and there was no hello, thank you, goodbye or sorry for the wait from any of the staff. Will not go back there
It's a McDonalds: what else can be said? Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. Our experiences here as of late have been pretty good. They have a new system where you can order and pay for your food from a kiosk and skip standing in line. We tried it and it worked great! I will add the angus burgers are surprisingly good!
Just good place to eat when yo want a fast meal and very good service
Excellent food. Was fresh and very tasty. Very clean restrooms. Service was excellent. Didn't have to wait very long at all
Just went through the drive thru but the staff were nice and that hash brown can’t be beat
Great service, impressed with Neave - she sorted out a problem we had and was really positive and speedy about it. The atmosphere was light and relaxed, good vibes.
We ordered our meal from the screen order point and took a table number after asking it to be brought to the table 10 mins later no food. Went to the counter and it was sat there going cold. No apology from staff. Disappointing
