Mcdonald's is always my favorite fast food option. Bigmac is the best one. Here I got 2 bigmacs and they tasted yummy
There is a great vibe about this place, the staff communicate well and look like they enjoy their jobs. It's our favourite McDs in the area. The staff also can communicate well with customers without language barriers. Very impressed.
It was midnight and we were in the drive thru and ordered what we wanted after that we tried driving through and we couldn’t because our car was too big so we reversed back out and went to the front door to pay for what we ordered until they said “you can’t come in because you haven’t paid” when we were LITERALLY THERE TO PAY ,after that we asked if we could talk to your manger and the manager was saying the same exact thing but and they weren’t listing to what we were trying to do then guess what the manager said “ you can order on uber eats LIKE WHAT!?!? we are outside your door for a reason! seriously Mount Mc Donald’s staff use some serious common sense
I visited few days back before going to Mount Maunganui. As I am vegetarian, so I ordered 1 medium Mocha and 1 medium flat white coffee. It was good. The rate was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The space was tidy and big. Overall good experience.
Normally no issues at the restaurant, but you guys really have to double check uber orders. I think this is the fourth or fifth time in the past year you’ve missed either fries, drink or sundae. Paying for shit that’s not in the bag lol
