Monday 9th December, 6:30 am. Clean, friendly, helpful, and quality product! Drive thru was running smoothly, and dining room and toilets clean. Junior Shift Manager spoke to his team and customers alike with courtesy and respect. Well done
This is the worst mcdonalds to get ice creams. The staff act like the toppings are coming out of their pay. We went a few weeks ago and they didn't put the sauce or flake in the Mcflurry. Just a teaspoon of broken flake had to go inside and get it added. Went back today and got 6 chocolate sundaes, and each had about 1 teaspoon of sauce. It's not worth the price at all.
Went in drive through, ordered a large sundae and a caramel chocolate sundae and staff there gave us the wrong order. Staff at window serving food were not focused on the food, instead they were chatting away and made our food so quickly just so they could go back to having a chat. I understand it’s McDonald’s but cmon guys, get the basics sorted before chatting to your colleagues.
Recently my daughter and I ate at McDonald's Mount Maunganui. We ordered the iconic Angus Kiwi burger. Superb. Very efficiently and professionally delivered to our table by Isaac. Restaurant clean. We will be back for more of the same. Thank you.
Stop prioritizing drive through! 25mins since my family has ordered and still nothing except the 20+ cars coming through. Family Infront of us are even complaining about waiting 5mins extra before us! Absolutely useless workers and customer service
