It says on Google maps that this place is open 24hrs. 24hrs for drive through, service until 2am. I was there at 1.10 lights were on doors locked, drive through closed. Maybe your staff member was hiding. It's false advertisement. Change your hours on maps.
Absolutely shocking. We went at 9.30am 26th May 2024. The service was so bad, we were missing half our order, which I asked for, we then received some of it, but still not all, I returned to the counter to ask again however the staff avoided me for the 10mins I waited there, so I gave up. The coffee was disgusting, not sure how you could even stuff that one up, but they did! Staff need more training, really hope head office gets involved and helps them as I like many others will not return after multiple bad experiences with this branch hence the review now, i should've driven the extra 10mins to papamoa branch and will next time!
Mac attack was bland bun was dry and no salt on chips even the drinks didn't taste right. Usually you guys are good don't know what happen. Hopefully U can fix it.
It was really dirty. Apparently the men's toilets were disgusting. Womens okay. Tables and floors were dirty. I wiped down my own table. Food was good
Ohhh so nice here. So close to hostel. Yesterday we came first here and eat after we did check in hostel. And again we felt hungry and came to eat i think we will come here again again again
