Wouldn’t bother, order was completely wrong and both people we spoke to over the phone blamed uber eats and showed no remorse or sympathy, just hung up. We can understand one mistake but this is a joke stick to any other McDonald’s in Dunedin. Disgusting!
Mcflurries weren’t even filled halfway? Also missing two out of three hot chocolates that we paid for, when I called the store to complain the manager claimed he just got off break but also claimed to know about the missing hot chocolates, and when I bought up the mcflurries it “wasn’t their issue it was uber” like yeah sure uber made the quarter full mcflurries. A waste of $8 considering the size of the cup. Also hot chocolate was only half way full and cold
Usually pretty good but this is the fourth time this has happened now. Should’ve checked at the restaurant but figured the other 3 times were flukes. Whether it be missing items or completely missing additions, it’s really bloody annoying. $4.50 isn’t a lot, but I’d rather get everything I pay for yk
Came through last night and there was a lovely girl in the drive thru serving me. I belive she had blonde hair. I asked her for her name and i think it would Marley? If i can remember. Just wanted to let you guys know it was a lovely welcoming expeirence
I had a really pleasant experience at the McDonald’s in Dunedin. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I really liked the meal—it was tasty and definitely worth the price for the quality. Overall, it was a great stop
