We visited as a family. Theoretically, McDonald's should have high consistency in food quality, but I was surprised by the lack of it here. The Coke tasted watery, and while the fries and nuggets had decent crunch, they completely lacked that classic McDonald's flavour.nnThat being said, the dining environment was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We were very satisfied with the service and atmosphere.
Always under-fill fries, must be at least 10 times that my large fries have had the amount of a medium or less.. My 10 mcbites were also completely missing, won't be coming back unless I am compensated.
Food was all cold, had to request replacements for two burgers, and nuggets. Fries were lukewarm and under filled!!! Both ice creams had melted at delivery to our table. Staff exchanged willingly but didn’t seem at all surprised or bothered.nThe air conditioning was blasting and made the restaurant very cold - not great on an already cold day. Very unpleasant and disappointing meal and experience all round. Do better please!!
Second time they have completely “FORGOTTEN” the sweet and sour sauce. Who even wants NUGGETS without SAUCE??? I even ordered EXTRA & PAID FOR IT. BUT AGAIN NO SAUCE.nnLet’s not even begin to talk about the presentation of the burgers. Train your staff better
Handed me a half full frozen coke with a dead serious face. get a grip
