Due to my shift I probably come to Burger King 3-4 times a week. I generally show up during the evening rush.nnFor service I give ac5/5. Even when busy wait times are short. Most people generally order via the kiosks available, but if somebody goes to the front counter, even though they are busy generally somebody comes quickly to serve them.nnFood also 5/5. Comes hot, including the fries. When I order a burger with pickles I state to have them removed, and it would only be like once or twice a year they don’t. Considering how many I order, I think that is a pretty good average.nnAs for atmosphere, the restaurant is clean, the tables are clean, even when busy. That’s reasonably impressive, so 5/5 as well.
Hello, I just experienced probably the BEST burger of my life, everything else was incredibly average and almost brought down the experience of my meal. The chips were fine and the drink was watery as hell. The bathroom was actually kinda fire. Eat the rodeo burger before you die and don't share please trust. Thank you burger king Anderson's bay, I might be back
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE, they always mess it up in some way or another, and then Uber will refuse to give you a refund; last time they gave us the totally wrong order around $50 worth of food swapped out for a single combo meal and this time they forgot a burger that we literally paid extra for. Shame on you, do better.
I would say the customer service was terrible, but there was no customer service. Having AI at the drive thru, having no one come to the window until I beeped my horn, and then not having a word spoken to me as my order is passed over is terrible service. No manners at all, mediocre food, amd having to wait for ages to be serviced. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Food was warm although we were the only people there...and it was cooked fresh?nOrdered 3 same meals +, and 2 burger orders wrong after repeating 3 times only one with no salad.nOut of all food 5 items each, we all agreed that would only order chips and onion rings again, as burgers had no flavour even with all the sauces, salad and extras, chicken nuggets were very bland, and couldn't get a latte as they don't sell any sort of coffee nNo atmosphere whatsoever, but may have been because it was empty most of our time there.nServer was quite unenthusiastic, which was a shame.
