I received my order almost 5 minutes ago and I was purely disappointed. The QP is overfilled with ketchup. Just because I opted out of mustard doesn't mean I want an overfilled ketchup in the bun. Also, the iced strawberry matcha doesn't even have ice in it. Everything tastes disgusting.
I found the staff were lacking in friendliness. They missed my drink and so I had to ask for it. My drink that was missed was not even filled to the top, not even close. Burger was good though.
A month ago I ordered from this MxDonalds. When I arriving home I found that they had given me someone else’s order, even though it had the correct order on the outside of the bag. Rung them to let them know what had happened. The girl on the other end of the phone very apologetic and told me they would send vouchers to me in the mail to make up for their incompetence.nGuess what no vouchers have arrived after being promised they would come in about a week’s time. I live miles away and couldn’t return the wrong food. Also couldn’t eat what they had given me either.nTo be honest this cost me a lot of money only for it be thrown in the bin.nDisgusting service and a total waste of time. I guess they don’t really care about their customers and providing them with what they have ordered and paid for.
As an Uber Eats driver, I’d like to share feedback about the late-night pickup system. Requiring drivers to collect orders only through the drive-through causes very long delays because of heavy traffic. Sometimes we wait 45 minutes to over an hour just to collect one order, which delays deliveries and affects both drivers and customers. It would be much better to provide a separate pickup area or allow drivers to collect inside the restaurant during busy hours. Please consider changing this system to improve service for everyone.
Service was really good, unfortunately the cleanliness of the restaurant dragged it down, it was very quiet and it was quite difficult to find a clean table to sit at. Food is just general same same, always made with love with half the burger fillings fallen out like the person making it was blindfolded.
