I came into McDonald’s looking forward to eating some lunch. However, when I went to receive my food the customer service was lacking. I know and i understand how hard it can be sometimes to always keep it top notch, but there was no greeting, no smile, just call of my order number. I tried to say thank you and have a great day but I was just looked at and ignored. If this didn’t happen I may have not put a bad review on what happened with my food. Can you guys please be a bit more careful when it comes to packing food. I had ordered 2 burgers, fries and a drink. One of my burgers had just had massive junks of onion in it. It was extremely thick and all throughout the burger. It was just really unpleasant to eat. I did pick it out and carry on eating, but it’s still not nice to bite into that and then go picking through my food. I know hospo can get rough, but please just be a bit more cautious and more friendly.
The meals are simple and practical, designed for quick and affordable dining during the travel.
Kinda Dirty, smell weird, seats run down, wall are dirty with hand prints probably kids rubbed on the wall and only have one disability toilet available but no toilet paper when asked staff they said no key to unlock the toilet paper holder. We saw few homeless use the toilet and stayed there for ages. Staff said we can use female toilet but there is no soap nor hand drier. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Hot drink was good. The staff cleaned all tables but just clothes, probably better with antibacterial spray.
Ordered a large combo. When it arrived the chips were only half full. This isn't the first time this has happened at this branch either. The food itself was okay but they shouldn't be allowed to blatantly rip customers off like this, especially during a cost of living crisis.
not clean at all and very messy. Couldnt find a half clean table to eat at, ended up eating outside on the street. Seems under staffed to serve and clean or just badly run. If you must have Mc donalds, order take away.
