The mount McDonald's customers service is so much better than the other restaurant, the barrister coffee is consistent and the staff is always patient and helpful, as someone who never ate McDonald's often, I'm a regular in the drive-through now. Well done Mount Crew

Mei Wenn at Bayfair McDonald's provided excellent and friendly service when I struggled with the kiosk. Had my 3 year old granddaughter with me and wanted to order an ice-cream as well after Mei Wenn assisted me initially. Made a very stressful situation enjoyable after all

Very busy especially around school time not much space to wait for food. Only one cashere to deal with customers. Was ok. Chips tend to be cold at times as they are cooked and left to stand for awhile so cool down. I think their "medium sized cups' are really small.
