Service was poor after a recent online order didn't manifest in almost a month. Email replies and a phone response were surly and unsympathetic to customer concerns i.e. they wouldn't give tracking information for shipping, and delivery seemed delayed. My family have been buying from Mazurans for decades when we lived locally to them. Our last online purchase 2 years ago was an excellent experience, where we ordered a large case of different ports because we'd moved away. But this recent experience has left a sour taste. 3 Stars because I still believe in the product, not the customer service. We miss the old man, who always served with a smile and a chuckle and had a conversation with you.
I was moved by Mr. Lado Hladilo's purest passion for wine. He was very kind , his port wine was amazing,it seems to go well with korean desserts.
Great place, but the opening hours are off. Got here just off 4pm, and place has closed up shop early. Recommend buying online or elsewhere
The place to go for top quality locally produced Port in particular. Step into their onsite shop just off Lincoln Rd and you leave that hustle and bustle behind. Now into the 3rd generation of family management and the benefits of continuity shows.
Very friendly and informative. I am a westie of 40 years ago and appreciated the chat. they had a bottle the same fine age a myself. Also the Port wine was special. Especially the white port. I took a bottle to Brisbane to a brothers birthday and the blind tasting Mazurans' port won compared with a Portugal bottle at twice the price.
Rude and offensive. Do not buy.
Fantastic service using online shop. Ordered Wednesday afternoon and delivered Friday afternoon to Whangarei. Thanks so much Mazurans Vineyards. .
Great range, especially vintage. Definitely worth a browse for yourself or for a gift or both.
