I was very concerned having read some reviews. However, I ordered 6 bottles on Sunday with a Bank Holiday on the Monday. They arrived on Wednesday PM in the most exceptional packaging. The communication was outstanding and therefore never needed to even track my goods. Well done, I Simply will use you again.

Since ordering and having paid in November for wine for Christmas, and received an email to confirm the order, I’ve had no communication from them at all. No confirmation of order out for delivery, no response to my emails, and no one picks up the phone.  They’ve taken my money, and failed to deliver their service and product. Until I hear otherwise, my assumption is this is either a completely shambolic company or a scam company.  If they do end up responding, I will edit my review.  EDIT: They finally responded after my review here to say: "We have run out of this item as it was allocated stock only from Pol Roger due to limitations imposed on us by the Brand owners - your order has been failed and your transaction voided as per our terms, we are sorry for not fulfilling your order on this occasion." This was 23 days after my order. So they're selling stock on their website that they don't actually have. Beware.

Despite some terrible reviews I decided to place an order with simplywines and I have absolutely no complaints. Great price and very quick delivery received my order 2 days after ordering

Ordered on 13 Dec 2022 and still awaiting delivery on 4/1/23.  Both SW and their delivery company aren’t responding to online messages and voicemail messages when trying to call.  Dreadful customer service I’m sad to say…..

Wine not as advertised. Sold as 2014/15 vintage; 2019 was what arrived. Delivery time reasonable but I’d have ordered the 2015 elsewhere if I’d known.

Placed an order on 25th August and did not get it delivered. Customer service is non existent. They hold on to your money as long as possible. Now escalated my situation through PayPal to get my money back for goods I did not receive. If you want to take a risk with this company especially with the delivery company they have a contract with then either use a credit card or PayPal as they do not want to give you your money back.

I looked at the reviews after I had placed an order and was a little concerned but I needn't have worried. OK, there was a delay between my order acknowledgement and order processing but once that kicked in everything happened very quickly and efficiently. My order turned up promptly and very securely packaged. Extremely pleased!

I have used this company twice before and have been really pleased The sparkling wine I love I can only get from here so it’s a leap of faith Never been disappointed so far Ordered another supply of my bubbly on 28 May. Does not seem to have been processed yet although order acknowledged and payment taken Hopefully this is because they are super busy due to Platinum Jubilee Have already opened my last bottle in anticipation of my delivery!
