We held our wedding reception at Turanga Creek in December. It is a stunning venue, especially with the good weather we had. The service on the day was excellent and the staff throughly looked after both us and our guests. The food was superb and we still have guests complimenting it. The only thing that could be improved is the communication leading up to the event. Regardless, we highly recommend Turanga Creek and we are so glad we chose them as our venue!
Lovely way to spend the day with fam. I would suggest bringing hats with or some kind of shade and chairs because there is none available. The band playing was really good as well but alcohol was really expensive
Went for the Sunday Roast, lovely cooked meat and roast veges. We were not aware the roast lunch was served as a shared dish, however portion was perfect for our group size. Staff were lovely and inviting. The scenery also beautiful, unfortunately it was a wet day so didn't get to walk around outside the vineyard area.
The best part about the $39pp Sunday Lunch was strolling through the Sunday Market outside in the front yard before entering the venue to start our lunch. Our experience was hugely tainted by our waitress. She clearly did not want to be there and served us as such. It left a sour taste in the mouth before the food even arrived. Her attitude left much to be desired. The food itself was average tasting at best. The real kicker is when you consider how little food was on the table given the total price for 6 people. For $234 there really wasn't that much. The rest of the staff were friendly people, one even offering an impromptu wine tasting to ensure we purchased the best bottle for us - this was awesome of them. At any rate it wasn't enough to rescue our experience. Strongly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.
Spent a lovely afternoon at Turanga Creek Winery celebrating my daughters 20th birthday! We all loved walking around the beautiful gardens and perusing the markets. It was topped off by a delicious Roast lunch with three different meats and the vegetables were cooked to perfection, was great to have the tea and coffee station too! The staff are attentive, friendly and so hospitable. The little touches of flowers on the tables and atmosphere in the restaurant made it a special and memorable afternoon with the family! Highly recommend this venue for all occasions and ages.

Turanga Creek is a very well run venue with amazing owners. I know Rochelle through celebrant work and she never fails to go over and above in her service! She is incredibly dedicated and it’s clear to see Turanga creek flourishing under her leadership! Anyone considering using this venue can rest assured you will be well liked after, spoilt for a wonderful spaces, great food and great all round service.
We held our Du Val Group Foundation fundraising event 'Charity in the Vines' at Turanga Creek over a week ago and we're still receiving feedback on how perfect the venue was! Sarah and her team are professional, creative, generous and dealt with any issue with incredible grace. Wine was delicious, food was beautiful, scenery stunning. Would absolutely recommend Turanga Creek for your event.
Lived in east Auckland for over 35 years. Never knew about this vineyard until recently. Great spot for a wedding. Staff are awesome and friendly. Catering was excellent.
We got married this past Wednesday by Rochelle and their Just Love weddings package. We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights. Food was delicious! Venue was beautiful! We had a absolute blast, our wedding was even better than we could ever imagine and all the staff we came across were so kind and helpful. Thank you for making our day so special!
