Ever since I can remember I have refused to accept menstruation as a taboo. I would talk about periods at the dinner table; with groups of women; amongst groups of males; I would write about it; and I would read about it.

My love for the power of the women's body became more defined when I began my Bachelor of Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine at Wellpark College. This led me to understand that your period is an indication of what your health is like on a monthly basis. How amazing is that?

My practice uses a gentle holistic approach that respects the interaction between the mind, body and environment. I use holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle advice and mind-body medicine to aid the body to heal, starting at the root of the cause.
