We had a really good experience here, booked for Yum Cha as was open for Easter Monday. Place was reasonably full but we had great service and the food delivered quickly on the trolleys. Soft drinks were served with ice from the trolley - a nice touch. Bonus was the availability of Takoyaki Octopus Balls - we all loved those. Will be back again

Terrible customer service. Forgot meals on an Uber eats delivery. Told me that I was to organize the refund. For the price of the food you would think they cared about who was eating it.nnIn reply to you. It has become very clear to me why you have such a low rating with reviews. Your food is just as bad as your customer service. I'll be getting a refund for the whole lot.nnAvoid this place. It's s h i t.
I will 0 stars this Restaurant! I am coming early than my closed table, However the Staff are ignored me, I been wait more than 30 mins, finally I got Perfect dishes with hair in the dish,nnPerfect Restaurant with Tremendous Rubbish service!!!!!!
Great decor, warm and welcoming staff, owner Vivienn is very hospitable. My favorite place to dine .
