Went there today.didnt have what I wanted in-stock but the lady on Elizabeth arden counter explained it was due to courier issues and offered to courier it when it arrived.it was a bit frustrating but having experianced courier issues in my own place of business I get it..and the lady whose name forgot sorry..was so professional and helpful and had such lovely energy that I don't mind especially since she sorted it out and gave me a free sample bottle to use in meantime. Very friendly,experienced helpful lady.
Word of caution before you buy anything from this store. I went in and got 2 eye care products thinking both item were needed. Did talk to salesperson about requirements. Paid for items and left the store. Tried to return 1 item 5 minutes later because it was not required. Was told change of mind policy means I could not get a refund. No discretion by store manager and no warning given at checkout. Store just lost a customer of many years. Will also be telling family and friends to avoid store.
Making you wait for 30 mins for a free prescription and then saying you have a $10 consult fee... Like what for? Literally didn't do anything but confirm my name. Also asked if any double magnetic lashes and the girls laughed said no how will you stick it without glue and it doesn't exist. But okay I'm wearing them right now. Worst pharmacy
Worst customer service by manager or owner Ahmid, over a child’s NZ passport photo in which they didn’t know the criteria, asking for more money from myself to solve the problem even after acknowledging by himself and another staff member they didn’t get it right? Do not go here for your passport photos! Unichem Rototuna were amazing and way cheaper!
Had to get covid booster vaccine so go to Chartwell inquire and was told to do walk in for vaccine 900 am till 1230 pm. Monday morning up early to get the jab waited 1/2an hour and they open then get told sorry have to do all booked vaccines first leave number for a call to come back and get done Half passed one no phone call at all. What a mickey mouse run store it is indeed .
