Went to the Chemist Warehouse in Te Rapa Hamilton today and I was very disappointed the place was filthy there was stock all over the floors the shelves were a mess the whole of the makeup section was filthy 1 wall completely empty with dirty makeup tissues all over the place not 1 person was cleaning or tidying up. The sales staff were not helpful at all it's the worst I have ever seen come on Chemist Warehouse take pride in your workplace you will lose customers if it doesn't change never again i walked out feeling dirty.
Shoutout to Francis and the crew who consistently provide a good service. As customers sometimes it's easy to forget how difficult it can be to navigate in dynamic environment. I don't completly agree with some of the feedbacks placed here, in that wife and I have always had a good experience. Cheers guys.

The pharmacist in this store needs to update his training, or maybe just listen to his patients. Went in on a public holidays for an emergency supply of an anti epileptic medication, one that actually causes seizures if stopped suddenly and was told I would not be able to collect them because he could not understand what I was saying. 1 phone call to another after hours pharmacy and the issue was sorted quickly - as the pharmacist there understood the urgency.nnBottom line - STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED URGENT MEDICATIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY!!
Absolutely disgusted in the why the pharmacist treated me. Was so rude and refused to give medical advice about what medication to take.
