Stuff make always Excuses,no taster for parfum how can be buy studf without testing parfum ? We went today I try 7 parffum to buy but no Taster , And staff Said go to check out tester from farmer  really bad

Never ever buy anything from this company. Really need watch out the prices, they make you feel you save money, but in somehow you lose much more, and they don’t do the refunds which I just bought and found there are big difference compared with other places.

Can understand why this store has such mixed reviews after a few visits recently. On one occasion when I asked where to find something a staff member said absolutely nothing to me, walked away and presumably asked another member of staff not in English then they both looked at each other and were obviously deciding who would speak to me, finally one of them informed me they were out of stock and couldn't tell me when the item would be available.nI have found the level of customer service here to be virtually non existent and combined with the obnoxiously loud music I tend to pop in and out for the few items I absolutely need, wherein I would generally spend a decent length of time browsing the toiletries and make up items.nThis is very disappointing and I'm finding it more and more typical of stores owned by foreigners who tend to only employ more foreigners, this is not a racist statement but what I have actually experienced

This branch is not well run. Lots of gaps on shelves, staff not helpful. Huge lines at the till with only one person serving. Saw people dumping their shopping and walking out.  Avoid - there is a pharmacy in the Woolworths opposite the base.

A damn nightmare to get a prescription filled.nnYou hand it in at one counter, collect it from another, and then have to walk back to the front of shop to pay.nnExpect a lengthy delay, too, getting your prescription. Mine was a 40min wait, and then I had to queue again to pay for it.nnNo thanks. Going back to my own small chemist.
