I rarely write reviews, but when I do, they’re only for exceptional service, and Julie at Chemist Warehouse truly deserves this recognition.nnDespite the busyness of the store, Julie went out of her way to help me find a product I was struggling to locate. I had already contacted two other Chemist Warehouse stores in Hamilton, but their level of assistance didn’t come close to Julie’s. She stood out with her genuine care and determination to ensure I left with exactly what I needed.nnHer outstanding effort and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. My stepson's friend had a severe allergic reaction and the pharmacists here were amazing and super helpful. This male pharmacist was the main person helping my stepson's friend and we will be forever grateful for all he had done for us. Thank you again!!!

Requested a specific product to work with my glucose meter and was given the wrong product. Queried it at the counter as it looked incorrect and was told “the packaging had changed” queried it twice more as I specifically needed the correct product. Pharmacy assistant refused to show me other products and insisted that a packaging change had been made. When I got home, the product did not work with my glucose meter. Incompetent.

My complaint is quite specific.  There is a large range of perfumes but NO testers. How are you meant to know if you like the fragrance or suit the scent. We did check with staff and they said no, there are no testers. I think it's ridiculous. They must lose so much money because who would take the risk. Fortunately there was one there I had had before so knew what it smelled like but too bad if I wanted something new.

Pharmacist gave me medicine for wrong person a the store wasn’t even busy. He also asked me my address during the handover of the medicine in the counter.nnPharmacist name was Jil or something and he was Chinese
