So many Karens on here. I’m not a pharmacist but I imagine dispensing prescription medicine DOES take time and care. That will logically increase when there’s more scripts to fill. Literally calm down or go late at night when it’s not busy.nnI’ve always received great service from this pharmacy. It’s spacious and clean and I cannot fault it. You can also just request to pick up your medicine later if that suits you better, or call in advance. I cannot cope with how entitled some of these reviewers are so I will say what the pharmacy won’t

Worst customer service.nWas told over the phone that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I made it to the store 1 hr later to be told that I was too late and my prescription had been cancelled! I had depleted my supply so I needed it. They made me purchase a 3 day emergency supply. And so rude about it too.nIf you want a pharmacy that values customers and their time and their LIVES... I suggest you go elsewhere.

I don't usuall write reviews but I recently had the displeasure of visiting this pharmacy, and unfortunately, my experience was so bad I had to write a review. The wait time for prescriptions was absolutely atrocious, making me question if they were making and manufacturing the medication themselves. They told me the wait time is 20 minutes, I waited for more than an hour. If the wait time is more than an hour, just let us know instead of telling us a lie. I do understand that pharmacies can get busy but at least let us know that the wait time has been increased so we can decide accordingly if we want to wait or just collect it on other days. To add insult to injury, the manager seemed to be auditioning for a role in Harry Potter as he keep disappearing and is completely oblivious to the chaos around him. Save yourself the headache and find a pharmacy that actually values your time and treats you with respect.

Conveniently located, just beside Anglesea Clinic, it makes easier to order and collect your medicines. It was recently renovated and looks amazing inside. The waiting area is comfy and provide some magazines to entertain yourself while waiting. Open 7 days a week until late, offering a huge variety of products. There is also a small snack shop inside. It sells gifts and travel utilities.

Worst ever that I have visited. 20 mins wait time told at the counter and waited for more than 1 hour. Also kept telling people who came that the wait time remains 20 mins. Bunch of liars and sloths working at this place. Wouldn't ever recommend to anyone
