Not the best. The staff are trying but always seem overworked. They keep running out of things and it's really hard to get a hold of anyone to ask about prescription status. They used to be a lot better.
Not good. My wife got Covid and I had to wait 45 mins that evening for her medication. Turned out they were sitting on the rack the whole time and DC it didn’t appear busy ! Same thing a few days later when I got Covid and our daughter went to get my meds and she waited nearly a hour and asked 4 times how long. Only to find the meds were stashed under the counter for later collection! If we had a choice we would have gone elsewhere but this was the only pharmacy that stocked this particular medication.
We dropped in this morning - the staff were efficient and helpful and avoided a trip to hospital for us, they were excellent
Conveniently located, just beside Anglesea Clinic, it makes easier to order and collect your medicines. It was recently renovated and looks amazing inside. The waiting area is comfy and provide some magazines to entertain yourself while waiting. Open 7 days a week until late, offering a huge variety of products. There is also a small snack shop inside. It sells gifts and travel utilities.
So many Karens on here. I’m not a pharmacist but I imagine dispensing prescription medicine DOES take time and care. That will logically increase when there’s more scripts to fill. Literally calm down or go late at night when it’s not busy.nnI’ve always received great service from this pharmacy. It’s spacious and clean and I cannot fault it. You can also just request to pick up your medicine later if that suits you better, or call in advance. I cannot cope with how entitled some of these reviewers are so I will say what the pharmacy won’t
