Was really only cramped due to students blocking the isles. The front entrance wasn’t messy per se, rather I’d say it was stacked with boxes that were being organised and unpacked. But I’d say it’s a given if there isn’t much space in storage to organise products. Shelves were stocked and thanks to the help of staff we were able to find what we had come up for. Overall my experience with this chemist warehouse was great and I’d strongly recommend coming here
I have been shopping here regularly for a while and usually enjoy it, however, my recent visits have all been negative as staff continue to follow me and my family around the entire time.
poor service. a product that I wanted to enquire about it had the green tag saying out of stock seak a team member for assiant. so eventually found a team member. he just muttered under his breath In a strong accent its out of stockndidn't even offer to try and find a different product or look at other stores.
I like this store because I have many choices to buy toiletries and supplements. I buy Manuka Honey and get discounts. The right place to save more money if you want to spend your first aid.
Always chaotic and disorganised. They advertise products online and in pamphlets but when you go in to pick it up they don’t have the right stock. I was given poor excuses that stock take isn’t accurate. I receive lazy service everytime I shop there, maybe they need a pay rise to motivate them to actually work hard and provide customer service. Management need to sort it out!
