Awesome experience, the stuff were very helpful and without delay when my son asked for help to purchase from the cosmetics section of the store, when no one was about. Even the security guard was wanting to help him. One lady was patient and understanding as he tested the colonges we was interested in. Was good at communicating when she need to serve another customer while he made his decision. End of purchase was a bit devoid of sentiment but otherwise a very good purchase experience.
Chemist Warehouse Centre Place has almost everything you need for pharmacy and personal care. The store is quite full and can feel a bit congested, so it’s best to go with some extra time or ask the staff for help finding items. The team is helpful, and the product range is excellent with options in every price range. Overall, a great place to shop for quality essentials.
I came in with my Mother on Sunday morning and was helped by a very tall female staff member. I couldn’t remember her name but she was so helpful with the fragrances! She recommended some that had no testers and was explaining the scent very well, I bought one on a limbo and the perfume she suggested is now my Top 1 Perfume to get. She had great customer service! Will definitely come again.
Crappy attitude, no understanding of what discount retail needs to be. When someone brings a product back that doesn’t work, and they have the receipt in the hand, a refund or exchange should be straightforward. Chemist warehouse is conversations with their supplier is not my problem or concern . If the product doesn’t work you refund it end of story. Won’t be returning in a hurry, there are plenty of options!
Fairly typical Chemist Warehouse offering but cetainly a convenient location when in the central Hamilton CBD area.nMall suffers a little by feeling a little abandoned but this is typical of a lot of CBD areas across the country.nStill offers an interesting cross section of retail.
