I had a bad experience today around 5pm with a lady staff wearing a hijab. She was unhelpful,nAnd no customer service. I wanted to buy 2 perfumes and I approached her to help me in getting the items inside the glass but she keeps on turning me down and choose to assist other customers.nShe don't deserve to work there if she has no passion to help customers. I feel like she is a racist.

Very convenient and even though they always busy, there's always someone attending to serve someone  on the counter. Good service.

This chemist is large and has a great selection of items. Customer service is very good but they can be very busy. If they are, be advised that help will be limited.

I like this store because I have many choices to buy toiletries and supplements. I buy Manuka Honey and get discounts. The right place to save more money if you want to spend your first aid.

First time to shop there. The staff members are very unhelpful and not follow the heath and  safety procedures. Using big ladders in the store while  there is so many people inside,  the  aisles are so narrow.
