I have been a Fikaa member for a year now and it has become my second home. So much so that I pop in while I’m running errands simply to talk with the staff and members. This is a testament to the friendly and safe environment Fikaa creates for all members and visitors. From the diverse personal trainer options that suit all fitness levels with various goals, to the spacious building that never has anyone waiting for machines or weights to be used, Fikaa is the PERFECT gym for ANY fitness and health needs. Classes are on offer free for members that help beginners get started as well as fitness veterans maintain their health. It’s on the pricer end for gyms but rightfully so. Fikaa allows non-members to experience their 24/7 gym at a cheap cost and is inclusive of them for their classes as well. They have a physio on site and meal plans at the ready after a rewarding workout. I’ll stand firm on the ground that Fikaa is exactly what you’re looking for.

Great gym ,I've been training here for 3 years now and haven't looked any other way . One thing that made me stay was the group trainings , Friendly and supportive staff , Very knowledgeable PT's , also having an in-house massage deep tissue area .
My first experience here..very friendly and helpful staff, amazing trainer with excellent knowledge of training to suit your body types.
Been at this gym for about 4 years now, thought I'll put a review to give credit where its due. This gym is great. Good quality machines and weights. Solid support group and PTs. If you ever need straight up advice about direction on living a healthy life, Cam and Tony will gladly point and guide you in the right direction.
Awesome Gym !! Fikaa Manukau has everything you need to get your fitness goals on track. 24/7 access, group classes to suit everyone, a large cardio and weights areas, sauna, and a full size boxing ring upstairs. The trainers are caring, amazing, and helpful. Highly recommended as the best gym in the south.
Great gym with friendly staff and members! Big thumbs up!
