Best gym in Auckland, I live out west and still come out there every week. See Tony if you want to get gold in powerlifting, you will gain long term results and not get fed the usual pt bs.

Biggest gym in Manukau with loads of great equipment, fun classes and an added bonus a sauna and barber shop! Super dope team, members and environment!

Awesome Gym !! Fikaa Manukau has everything you need to get your fitness goals on track. 24/7 access, group classes to suit everyone, a large cardio and weights areas, sauna, and a full size boxing ring upstairs. The trainers are caring, amazing, and helpful.  Highly recommended as the best gym in the south.

Been at this gym for about 4 years now, thought I'll put a review to give credit where its due. This gym is great. Good quality machines and weights. Solid support group and PTs. If you ever need straight up advice about direction on living a healthy life, Cam and Tony will gladly point and guide you in the right direction.
