Be very cautious of joining any Jetts gym, a few years ago I went through a very rough time in my life. My physical and mental health was terrible. I checked into a rehab in Manurewa and after a while I built up the courage to go to a gym to try get a little healthier and fitter, everything seemed great for a while with the membership. I finished the rehab and in short had to stop going to the Jetts gym in Manurewa, my mental health was still not the greatest and I had a hard time discerning reality and non reality. I distinctly remember emailing them and asking them to cancel my membership explaining that my mental health was not the best and I was leaving the area to which the reply came that I could not end my membership with them and had to pay the full year which came to hundreds of dollars including late payment and dishonesty fees and now lastly a debt collection agency is on my case even offering me "settlements" for a gym membership I barely used. All up they are demanding $300 from me when In reality I attended the Manurewa Jetts gym for 1 and a half months.  I gave them another chance in the Hutt and encountered the same behavior. This time I lost $150 roughly to a two week long membership that I was unable to maintain due to working a very demanding job and having a young child at home in the care of my partner and myself. Jetts are still charging my partner also even though she informed them she wanted her membership cancelled two months ago. My partner attended Jetts for one week roughly and they are demanding around $100 from her and threatening debt collection agencies.  Basically Jetts gym are predators riding on the idea of getting healthy and fit; masquerading as a community based gym and they primarily prey on young uneducated people who don't know much about the commercial laws regarding gyms. For anyone looking at their reviews to see if other people have been through this with Jetts they have. What they are doing is a breach of conduct laws for commercial gyms and fair trade. Be very careful of these money Dracula corporate leeches. And if you are on the look out for other people who have been harassed by this gym feel free to contact me on Gmail and if there is enough of us I will make a Facebook group for it and we can try bringing their behavior to the eyes of the wider public of NZ. There are already news articles about this behavior they are exhibiting if anyone is wondering just Google Jetts gym debt collection agencies NZ.  Good luck all and be very careful of Jetts gym.

I'm a member at Otahuhu Jetts. But used this gym while staying with family. I loved it. It was clean, they have a stairs machine otahuhu doesn't have. But there was no room to use the battle ropes and they're my favorite. Otahuhu has the same problem

It's an average jetts gym. The placement of the equipment could be better like other jetts gyms and there is a few machines/equipment missing that other locations have. Very small space but good enough for a quick workout. Still good value and do recommend.

Equipment is amazing. Very clean space and well taken care of. Love it.

Better than before, new machines added‍

I’ve been going Jetts for nearly a year and it’s been good. The staff are awesome but their machines needs to be upgraded. The machines in this gym are just too old and they really need to be upgraded.

Best time to use the gym just a few people in this afternoon. Some areas smelly but good to see people clean after use

Be careful of what you sign up with any jetts  because my 18months plans is being dragged with Jetts because of lockdown and red light. I took the plan because I gave myself that timeframe and now I can't go due to all these which isn't in anyone's control,  but I expected out of goodwill they would cancel my plan but nope you have to pay off the full 18th month regardless.

It's a great gym! Close to home, and also awesome staff whenever they're in they help us out the best they can and whenever you need them :

Enjoyed this gym when I first signed up but eventually over time it seems like it's poorly managed.  It gets stuffy and smells with all sorts of body odor when over crowded perhaps needs to relocate to a bigger premises or install a fan and have more air con.  A lot of machines are not working, No signs are placed for people to know, nearly injured myself during my workout on the treadmill as it just STOPPED!! Anyways, wipes are not constantly replaced have to do around the world in the gym to find one, bathrooms are dirty and majority of the people I come across does not bring towels and often leave their machines without wiping them after each workout.
