Kiwi Valley Farm Park

Amazing experience for the family. Our son enjoyed the tractor ride and feeding of animals and even the horse riding. Even though it is a bit rainy, the place is very open. Will definitely come back and recommend the place to my friends. Staffs are accomodating and kind.

Highly recommend Kiwi Valley Farm Park in rural West Auckland. It's so interactive with animals, with food bags to purchase. Kids love rides on donkeys, horses. There are llamas, pigs, donkeys, horses, roosters, rabbits, sheep, cows, goats. Animals are magnificent, here they are well kept and tame, not abused in captivity like some zoo's. It's good value for money, a good activity at the weekend. A cafe next door to Kiwi Valley Farm Park has healthy food to enjoy a meal or afternoon tea afterward.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and have always had such a great time! It’s easily one of, if not, the best animal park in Auckland, hands down.nnThe people there are very friendly and seem happy to be there and help you out.nnThere are so many different animals that you can pet and feed. It’s quite therapeutic having a rabbit, rat, or guinea pig on your lap! The farm animals are very friendly and seem well taken care of. My favourite animals were the baby goats they have by the main entrance area. They also offer a short tractor ride around the land which shows more animals that you can see.nnYou get one feed container per person upon entry, and can buy additional containers for $1 each.nnThe entry fee is very affordable for what you get and I would highly recommend checking it out. If you enjoy being around animals, you will want to visit multiple times!

Such a great time here with the kids - a great introduction to various farm animals and fun to hold the smaller animals while seeing, feeding & touching the bigger ones was a really great experience for the children & adults. Well spaced out but also extras for ‘downtime’ with the playground & sandpit. We visited on a Sunday in January and had short queues, were there for just under 2 hours.

Lovely helpful staff, well looked after happy animals with clean enclosures.nGood overall day activity for kids.nnHowever the reeking smell of sewage wasn't pleasant !nAnd the false non farm related animal statues in the paddocks vs actual real animals was a bit odd really?
