We absolutely loved this place. It was welcoming and friendly, and the food was great. These hosts understand customer service, a skill that was sadly lacking in most of the other establishments we visited on our 12 day road trip.

We were a group of 10 dining for dinner. The food was delicious, great menu. Very grateful to the lovely young waitress who gave us superb service, she is to be commended for catering to our requirements. I hope management appreciate her people skills.
Had lunch here before going to Hokitika beach. Friendly staff, tasty food, great coffee, good price, lovely interior, Everything was to my satisfaction. Would go back. Highly recommended.
