When you are in a new town, eat where the locals eat. For Hokitika, Dulcie's is obviously a local favourite fish and chips place. The fish is excellent, and fresh. What more would you want ? The only improvement might be that Dulcie might occasionally crack a smile. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
Nice fish and chips but don't expect freshly caught off shore fish or home produced chips like I did.
