Lively place for kids to start theirlearning. Great staff for seedlings to school joiners. Well maintained premises secure n ample parking space qualifiedstaff with good experience. Multicultural environment.
I cannot rate these guys anymore, we have no family in New Zealand, so they are like my sons second family. The careers are super helpful & supportive when needed. My son is now 11months old but joined at 7.5months as I needed to return to work & they couldn't have been more reassuring when I struggled to leave him. Attachment issues.
A huge regret putting my son in this kindy in October 2017. He had toilet problems early on and a teacher kept calling my wife to pick him up and take him home which we did. The teacher expressed frustation at having to clean up after him. On the first couple of days he went to kindy happy and full of energy running down the hall. By the end of the first week he was quiet, scared and reluctant. We intially thought it was problems in settling but soon became clear that it wasn't. My son developed extremely fearful reactions to this one teacher which I witnessed first hand. Who knows what she did to him. Most of the staff I find genuinely cared when I discussed my concerns. So it pains me to write such a review. Apologies to staff who did care and do a great job. As far as I can see the problems were caused by this one teacher and perhaps one other. I had no choice but to withdraw my son after 2 weeks despite not having an enrolment in another kindy. I wrote the Manager a detailed email about what happened. I heard from a source that they did discuss this matter with the teacher so they clearly got my email. However they did not even respond to me. Very poor. Management have my email and contact details although it is too little too late to respond now. For a long time after, every time we drove down Reeves Road my son went quiet and looked scared. He does not seem to have forgotten his traumatic experiences here. I am thankful that after a couple of months he got enrolment at another kindy and was happy from day one. To be fair, I think our experience is not the norm for children in the kindy and most of the families are probably happy. But I feel the need to share my experience, which was horrible, and not even worthy of one star given the emotional harm caused to my child.
This kindergarten is really speechless. My children are always injured here, and no one tells me when they are injured
As a parent i Love it so far! My son looks forward to going tiny town everyday.
