Li'l Champs at Highland Park is the third kindergarten we found for our son, and it is also our favourite one. We love this childcare centre, it's clean, tidy and comfortable, like a warm family. My son really enjoys the time at Li'l Champs. Every day I can see his happy face when I am picking up him. The teachers here are all energetic and very kind to the children. They really care about the children and pay attention to everything about the children. They communicate with me every day, talking about their situations of that day and some happy and surprising changes of the kid. My son has started to learning singing, playing games and making friends, and he shows off his new learning when he comes home every day. I can feel ease and happy to leave my son there, and appreciate all the teachers have done to those little ones.
Great local daycare, Our little girl loves it very much. She's been going since she is 1 and now she's soon to be 3. Caring, loving teachers and great supportive Centre from all aspects. Centre management is easy to approach and communication system is very smooth with parents & teachers. Great Montessori place around east Auckland.
We have sent our daughter to Li’l Champs Highland Park for 7 months and couldn’t be happier with the staff, environment and facilities here. The center manager and the teachers are professional, highly experienced and very friendly. The transition program also helps my daughter get well prepared and ready for school. I would highly recommend any parent looking for a place for their child to consider Li’l Champs Childcare centre Highland Park.
Highly recommended for Highland Park lil champs. My baby go to daycare for 3months now. Manager Jane and kiwi room teachers are very supportive and there are a lot of interesting activities carried out in the centre. My baby is really enjoy going to daycare. Communication is very smooth over there. Thank you all for your caring and supporting for my baby.
I would like to highly recommend Lil Champs Highland Park to anyone searching for a daycare for their child. We absolutely love this Daycare! Both my sons attended Lil Champs Highland Park, so our family has been at the Centre for 4 years now. Jane the manager and the entire staff especially teacher Aarmine are all so lovely and kind. They are all very professional and communication between them and parents is excellent. They have always been so supportive and understanding of my kids and my family, we feel that Lil Champs is our second home! The Centre is clean and tidy and all the students receive fresh cooked healthy meals every day. Both my sons loved attending this Centre, and both of them were well equipped and ready to attend Primary School, as they learnt so many important things including writing, reading, science, and lots of general knowledge! Big thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience, we will surely miss the Teachers and the lovely Centre :
My little one attended to Li'l Champs Highland Park since she was 13months years old, from Baby room to Preschool Room. She had spent 4 years at Li'l Champ, it's like another home to her. She had met a lot of friends and good teachers here, also she had learnt a lot of knowledge from Li'l Champ which I wasn't expecting. She always telling something that surprises me, like " when earthquake happens, we need to hide under the table" etc. I really appreciated that all the teachers' hard work. My little one surely had good time during the time in the center. Highly recommended to other mums who's around the area. Actually I already been recommended to some friends already.
This is a nice childcare centre where children can learn and play. The centre is well organized. The teachers are very nice to the children and patiently teach them to be polite, to be nice to each other, to do things in a planned way, and make sure that the children are ready for primary school. Thanks team, I really appreciate all the teachers and stuff there.
Li'l Champs has been such a wonderful daycare for my son. Jane & her team have been amazing and it's nice to know he's in a safe & happy environment. They make such lovely meals for the kids and it's so exciting to get all the weekly updates/photos of your child and activities they get up to/new skills they have learnt.
Definitely rate 5 stars for kiwi room teaching staff!! My daughter started daycare when she was 11 months and now she is 1 and half year old. After 7 months, I would like to highlight several things to those who consider joining kiwi room: 1. teaching staff is really friendly and care about our child - every teaching staff in kiwi room including the centre manager will spend plenty time with the babies and my daughter can say every teacher's name when she was 1 year and 5 months. She likes every teacher and after she finished the transition, she never cry when we drop her off in the morning. And sometimes when we pick her up she doesn't wanna leave. 2. communication is ON TIME and FAST - most of the communication will be posted through Storypark and teachers respond very quickly. Email reply is very fast too. For those who concerning about calling the centre, I would suggest to use email. As the communication is online, there is no handwritten communication, which may be time consuming. 3. lovely activities - there are plenty of fun activities in the center, photos are posted on Storypark too. We just had the Grandparent's day and will have Christmas party in next few days, which give a good chance to see every teaching staff and babies. My daughter picked up a lot of words while she is in daycare. By spending time with other babies, she knows a lot of basic rules such as washing hands before eating, say "more" when ask for food, wipe mouth after finish eating etc... which makes our life at home so much easier 4. clean environment - it's a tough period during the winter and covid, but I can see teachers and manager have the strategy to minimise the risk of spreading diseases. I did a lot of homework before I chose the daycare and now I feel lucky that I chose Li'l Champs. I also recommend it to my friends and now there are two other families joined the kiwi room after my recommendation. Thank you for all of the support and love from teaching staff in kiwi room. We really appreciate that!
The reception who picks up the call is terribly bad! As a parent, we’ve just started browsing and hope to look for a suitable daycare for our kids. But they are not providing useful information and trying to kick you guys out if you checking to see if they have half day programs! The person who picked up the call just said don’t waste your time coming for a tour! What?! I doubt if their teachers are nice, very doubt!
