The coldest chips I thought I had to deep fry them myself, chicken so dry. Twister in edible the chicken was rock solid couldn't even bite through it. No number to call. Went on the KFC wainui website called the number engaged 24/7 the service great but execution horrible

We have patronized KFC Wainuiomata since its opening, usually at least once a week. Not once yet have they got our orders right & tonight was no exception. Hot & Spicy was announced to be back as of today so instead of Friday we decided to have it tonight, ordered several items of which was a 3 pieces of Hot and Spicy. Got home and not a single piece of hot and spicy. The chicken was soggy with oil and 2 of the 3 pieces ended up in the bin.I'm sorry but the staff there are totally incompetent and can't get orders right. Being a Tuesday it wasn't even busy and they still stuffed it up. I'll start going back to Lower Hutt now. Don't use KFC Wainuiomata if you expect what you ordered, it won't happen.

Went through drive thru about 2.10pm and received great service from the girl with black hair who took and gave me my order, food was quick and hot

It's KFC. Went tonight, first time since opening as the lines have been insane when I've driven passed. It took less than 5minutes from entering the drive through to having the kai in hand. The staff member was lovely too.
