Update Dec 2022: Food was great. Very moist chicken, flavourful and chips were delicious. Service was fast and friendly, but food was average. Chicken breast was quite dry but chips were nice.

Hot half chicken with peri peri chips, So far the best out of all nandos in NZ. Loved it!

Food was really good. Kids also loved what they ordered. Would however be useful if staff were a bit more customer friendly as only one girl was taking orders and tidying up the tables as well.

We went as an extended family of 4 ordered our food 2 of the meals came to us after 20min wait, then next order came another 20mins and last order took a further 10mins. Disappointing. But have to say the food burgers kumera chips wrapps and salad chicken were outstanding the chicken was moist salad fresh burger full of flavour wrapp perfect portion size over all impressed. Thanks

Nandos Lower Hutt is pretty consistent. I work across the road, so it's one of my staple go tos. The food is always fresh and flavourful. I tend to order online for takeout as they're always busy at lunchtime, so the tables aren't always bussed quickly. The rare occasion I've dined in at lunchtime, it's taken about 20 minutes for the order to turn up

Staff unhelpful and uniforms had more grease spots than clean areas. Slow service. Food was OK for the most part but fries were half cookedFood: 3/5

Arrived at 5pm, was told can only order takeaway. Asked if I could order takeaway and eat at one of the tables, was told no as they had to clean tables! These guys close at 6pm!! so if you want something to eat before your movie don't count on Nandos.

The mall and store supposed to close at 6PM. Unfortunately, as early as 5PM, they no longer accept orders for chicken. They say that they close at 5:30 so they don’t take chicken orders anymore. Which doesn’t make sense because it is still 5PM. Store hours supposed to run til 6. I think it’s just pure laziness and that’s not how a business should be run.

We were seated at a table that hadnt been wiped down. The sauce was hardened on the table so that was a bit off putting. Food was ok.

Under cooked & gross tables not cleared very slow & chicken tenders were barely cooked my chicken in my burger barely cooked or warm never again!!
