KFC Lower Hutt

This was the second time I’d been here. The first time i was surprised at how slow it was but it was a lunch time. This time it was 10am, empty but still had a 15-20 min wait for a small meal. One other customer after me, in store. I get it, they were not long open but still they were servicing drive through quick enough. The place was also a mess. All the table surfaces were grubby and the toilets gross, as if it hadn’t been touched from the night before. There is something wrong here at a management level. The food was borderline passable. Chips not seasoned and over cooked. The chicken was pretty oiley and the temperature of the sun.

Good ambient, highly recommended, really enjoyed the hot and spicy one.

I just ordered 20 wicked wings and when I got home I discovered that the blackened chicken was in the bucket. I'm really disappointed

OMG. Does the staff know how to run the kitchen? So inefficient to get food out to people. They always prioritise the drive thru, if you order in store good luck because they don’t really care how long the customer are waiting for.nDear the owner of this store if you dont know how to run your business please shut it down, Stop waste people time!!

One of the most frustrating drive through experience I have ever encountered. If you are first in que. Consider yourself lucky. If you are in the middle or a long que or last. Read a book or watch Netflix. The only way to calm your anxiety. And depends on who is on the intercom serving, what type of personality you are greeted with. You may as well walk in and order. Better off in most cases.
