My wife and I ate in at KFC Lower Hutt. The place was a mess. Empty boxes, chip packets all over the floor, and in boothes. Squashed leftovers on tables and floor. Bins were overflowing. Everyone seemed to be busy behind the counter. There was just no one in the restaurant keeping things tidy. Tables not wiped either. They gave me a can for the drink too for a large meal when it was supposed to be a 600ml. Ripped off!

Each bite of the famous KFC chicken was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. The sides were equally impressive, with the fries being crispy and the coleslaw fresh and flavorful.nnWhat truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. They were attentive, courteous, and always had a smile on their faces.nnOverall, I had a fantastic dining experience at KFC Lower Hutt. The combination of delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding customer service made it a memorable visit.
Spicy Boneless is pretty good, i just wish, like every KFC, when asking for extra seasoning, i actually got it. Had to go back to counter and ask for extra, even then it was pretty poor. Young guy served me, great polite service on Sunday Night.
Today Monday 13th 2024 4pm , usually good service and tasty chicken ...Today what a let down , chicken tasted like it had been in the warming tray all day, and for my three piece 3 wings. The wrap tasted like it came out of the fridge. This crew NEEDS to do better ...
I had wicked bucket last night. Found feather of chicken with one of the piece. It was horrible experience. It was 12am and it was closed that’s why we didn’t go back to complaint.
