KFC Lower Hutt

No one to serve at the counter. . Sad state if affairs. Food was good, staff were friendly when interacting, it's not their fault. Slow service. Obviously manager not on it.

I want to share my Experience of our Visit today at KFC Lower Hutt. The Service was Excellent. Amazing Food. The Staff Manpreet Kaur who were at the Front counter was polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. I was really impressed. Worth Visiting

What a joke this KFC. They get my order totally wrong and then 4 days after I complain they ask for pictures of the wrong chicken I had thrown away when they sent hot and spicy instead of original. Because I couldn't provide a picture they decided to reimbursement be for a potato and gravy. Basically treated like a liar. I wouldn't waste my time or money on this store

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC today, which left my 8-year-old daughter upset and hungry. The staff, particularly Renae and Sid, were not only rude but also unhelpful when I tried to address a simple issue. My daughter couldn't eat one of the chicken pieces, and when I asked if we could exchange it for something she could enjoy, the staff flat-out refused. Their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a small request was incredibly frustrating. As a family-friendly restaurant, I expect much better customer service, especially when dealing with young children. This experience has definitely left a negative impression, and we won't be returning anytime soon.

I had a twister that was slapped together and tasted just as bad. Chicken piece 2 little bits were dry. Some of us got combo meals with a can of soft drink others in cups. We had to wipe down our table from the last customers. There were many tables that had left overs on them, my family of 8 will not be coming back to buy.
