Unbelievable service, waited at the counter for 20 minutes to be served, staff were rude, asked one if I could be served and they completely ignored me, instead we're unpacking plastic cups. When they eventually came, they instead decided to serve the lady next to me who'd only been waiting 5 minutes, luckily she told them to serve us first. Really unfortunate, they also had someone standing at the drive through doing nothing but tapping his fingers on the wall. I've never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. Dumb
KFC Wahi - A Mixed BagnnI recently visited KFC Wahi and had a bit of a mixed experience. The service was noticeably slow; I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for my order. It seemed like the kitchen was struggling, and they were out of a few items.nnOn the plus side, the food was incredibly fresh. You could tell it had just been cooked, and it tasted great. The quality of the food definitely made up for some of the wait.nnThe real star of the show was the girl working the counter. Despite the issues, she remained incredibly calm, friendly, and was clearly doing her best to manage the situation. She was a great example of excellent customer service. Overall, a bit of a wait, but the fresh food and friendly staff made it somewhat worthwhile.

drive through an absolute shambles! Order was completely wrong and cold and the cokes were all flat with no ice, paid $83 and will never go back whoever owns this KFC needs to check staff and service and make changes.
To the man in the drive thru didn’t catch his name who served me at 5:14pm. Top service, food was hot, waited max 1 minute, and friendly service!
