I have had KFC twice today & wasn't happy with either time I had it. Lunch was to dry & didn't realize the snack burgers don't come with lettuce anymore. Then ordered for dinner & the chicken is burnt & left a tainted taste on the rest of the food except the spicy chicken was yummy. Also tried to ring them but neither Rotorua branch was answering their phones. So did not have a good experience either time.
Had amazing service in-store tonight by a young Maori gentleman. Very polite, efficient and amazing. Alot of other good food retailers offer the electronic menus now which is pure laziness. Overall really happy with the service and good quality food
Worst kfc ever No salt on the chips The potato and gravy tasted awful Coke tasted watery 8 dollars for the below snack box
Awesome service and the chicken tasted better here than Auckland..Highly recommend anyone passing through to pop in for a meal with a warm friendly smile.. Well done..Keep up the good work..
We went to kfc in rotorua store in town.....we sit in the line for 30 mins....went to the speaker box to order our meal....the girl who was doing drive told us....we are sold out can take orders....plus in there website there store close at 11pm.... very disappointing....plus the girl in drive was so rude when I went to the window to tell them they should have put some kind of sign regarding things are sold out would have been very convenient for customers to see and don't waste time sitting in the line
Very busy store & long wait times using drive thru. Food was great though & chicken was cooked perfectly. They need more KFC stores in Rotorua this one was extremely busy.
I buy kfc almost 4-6 times a week . Normally it is very nice from most outlets in North island but I brought $30 pack and it was awful we couldn't eat the chips , my daughter only eats chips and did not like them . They tasted old like cooked in old yucky oil..as for the chicken there was no topping on the skin and it was not nice to ear. Very disappointing in the rotorua kfc in middle of town . Won't go there again .
Worst service I've ever recieved. The 2 boys standing at the counter on the night of 09/09/22 were slow, lazy and straight up not working at all. It took 5 mins to be served in the drive thru to be told no wicked wings all good so ordered hot n spicy. I pulled up to the window to see old mate standing there having a chat with no acknowledgment for 5 mins until he finally opened the window to say there's also no hot n spicy, I opted for regular chicken until I saw him standing there doing absolutely nothing for a further 3 mins. At that point I wanted my money back to go spend it elsewhere and even that process took way too long. The boy has longish blonde curly hair, he needs a rark up!
26/09/22, 3:30pm cheers for the driest chicken, driest chips with no salt and potato and gravy without the potato, so just gravy. Well done team consistently useless as always!
Absolutely pathetic service and considering they are based in the main CBD . Drive through took 55mins with only 4 cars in front .
