Great customer service! Food arrived in a timely manner, chicken cooked perfectly. My favourite KFC in Rotorua
Great service, real quick, chicken well cooked and seasoned, the chips was really nice, chicken and chicken taste really fresh. Its not the biggest KFC, but nice area outside for eating if inside feels like its lacking space.
Three deliveries in a row all stuffed.up . Got gravy but no potato. Rang and got told we dont have any . Asked why I was 8 chicken in 10 peice . I said I amnot happy. She said sweet as and hung up . So over this place .
Excellent friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, met wonderful people. Food was scrumptious.
Shocking. No one in drive thru. I was the only one inside. Took way longer than needed to get served. Got my order to take away get back to my motel and they gave me 2 of the worst pieces of chicken to get and forget to give me my extra 3 pieces of bread I paid for.
Terrible, the service took too long to bring out the food. It took 30 minutes just for our food to come out and there were only 3 people in line.
AWESOME SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GOING HERE
.You've got to try the wicked wings. To de-bone the chicken Bite both ends off the wing and pull out the bones, then dip it into your gravy. Finger lickin goodness.
The slower KFC in NZ. They really need more training and learn the concepts behind "fast food"
Drive thru is soooooo slow! Need to employ more staff or train them better
