KFC Palmerston North

Ripped off. In my lunch box meal there were 3 little pieces of chicken each of which had less meat on than would have filled the potato and gravy pot. I've always liked KFC but have noticed serious shrinkflation in recent years. Definitely not value for money and possibly never again Extremely disappointed

On Saturday we stopped at Palmerston North KFC on Princess Street to order the Hack Deal promotional 10 piece pack for $20. The man who served me was absolutely amazing. Very quick service and the chicken was fresh hot and delicious. 5 star quality out family will be back again.

Foods always good when it's available. Service has picked up 10 fold! I can't believe the difference from a year or so ago. Great work guys!

This place almost always gets orders wrong. Today I received the wrong burger, the wrong chicken, and the potato&gravy had no potato. Orders from this KFC are so consistently messed up that I won't bother to try them again.

The service at this place was very disappointing. The lady at the front desk was quite impatient and unhelpful. She didn’t provide a receipt, and I had to wait about five minutes before she even took my order. It felt like she was pretending not to understand what I was saying.nnTo make matters worse, the restaurant was under renovation and only had four tables available—two of which were occupied by the staff. The self-ordering machines weren’t working either. Overall, a frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
