Worst experience ever, found this in the box of chicken we ordered as one of the pieces, they also included coleslaw in the meal and didn’t put that in the bag either. Recommend you CHECK your takeaway BAG and BOX and each piece of chicken.

I've been advised my burger was not available after I ordered online.No apologies no sorry, just offered the Tower with no even a little empathy no smiling just grumpy expression stating it's same price which was without cheese, bun was completely crashed on top. The hash brown and the piece of chicken was stiff cold and possibly cooked hours before.nDisgusting no tasty at all.

My partner had a tower burger, the chicken was dry and not hot enough to melt the cheese, it was haphazardly assembled but the server was nice. I got shade for KFC cause they put milk products in EVERYTHING including the batter - so I can’t eat anything. If you are lactose intolerant you probably weren’t even aware of this - sorry to break the news!
