KFC Pakuranga

today was a beautiful day nice weather and cool breeze so I decided to grab some KFC for lunch for the family my meal was $69 was so excited to eat it at the park of the family but when we open it was so disappointed chips was okay but the chicken was one of the worst I ever seen from KFC chicken was so small and dry no taste and when I throw it away not even the birds will eat it this was very disappointed all my life eating KFC I have never experienced disappointed like this before especially my kids faces so I went and treat them with McDonald’s just to put a smile into their face please do better i’m not sure when I will try it again but we’ll see

Chicken was bad. We ordered chicken family chicken bucket. Our order number is #1020 on 16.12.2025. Chicken Batter and crispy is not good . Really bad . We ordered fanta Raspberry they don’t have it instead of that they gave us a Fanta orange and funny part is even they don't have cups to drink that 1.5l bottle. Really bad . Won’t come again here

By far the best KFC that I have been into for a long time. I was there during a busy period and it was spotless. Tables were clean and had all been wiped down, floors were clean, the staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. Well done! The only downside, and this was not the staff but there were some very loud teenagers in the restaurant screaming and filming themselves and they didn’t even order any food. It was a bit off putting, a young family ended up moving to an outside table because of them. Maybe the staff could have asked them to be quieter? Otherwise it was excellent!

KFC you have missed the mark calling your Katsu Bowl just that. It is a bowl of rice with a tiny chicken fillet with some spicy daily dumped on top. Not worth it guys. It’s a terrible meal and ware of money.

Arjun was so helpful and friendly, helping me order through the kiosk and delivering my food to the table pretty much as soon as I sat down. Amazing customer service thank you :
