KFC Pakuranga

Ordered wicked wings and got the soggiest, softest, blandest “wicked wings” ever. We are regular customers of KFC and I’ve never seen wicked wings as such. Partner had a stomach upset after. Pretty sure these wicked wings were spoiled before selling to us. Very disappointing.

Previously there was a machine oil flavor in the chicken we bought, called and informed without asking a refund or anything, but never admitted it. 2nd time which was yesterday found feathers. So that's it, wont going to this place again

Sometimes I feel it's worth it to take the time and be grateful for people who do us great customer service. I went today, 29 May at 1 p.m., to the drive-thru of this KFC and this guy, Indian with red hair, gave me the most amazing, relaxed, and chill customer service. I only ordered Wicked Wings. It's great to see people enjoying what they do despite the daily challenges. Keep it up bro! Great job!

I order 10 piece chicken. They give me 9. This has happened more than two times already.

Wait for more than an hour and they ended up giving me a wrong order. The chicken tastes salty as and bloody dry. Very bad experience!!! It wasn’t like this 3 years ago.
