Burswood BBQ Cafe has a weird and wonderful menu with plenty of interesting options to choose from. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and clearly well looked after.nnThe service is a little different from most places, as you fill out an order form and hand it in rather than ordering directly with staff. They don’t really check in on you throughout the meal, but it was easy enough to get someone’s attention when we wanted to order more. Staff were constantly moving around delivering food to tables.nnAs you’d expect from a BBQ restaurant, the menu is very protein-heavy, but everything we tried was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The restaurant filled up quickly while we were there, which shows how popular it is.nnOne of the highlights for me was finally trying chicken feet, something I’d always been curious about. Overall, it’s well worth a visit, and I’ll definitely be back to work my way through more of the interesting items on the menu.

I an only comment on the food as i got takeaways , but i think i had the best wonton soup i have ever had, the broth had an amazing flavour , and the wontons next level , so flavoursome and the wrapping absolutely perfectly cooked, and so authentic. I will make it a regular. I would reccomend it to anybody to try

There aren’t many late-night restaurants in East Auckland, so this place is great for late cravings. They have a wide range of food—skewers, hotpot, noodles, claypot rice, and more. Worth a try!nThe only thing that could be improved is the air circulation inside, as it can feel a bit stuffy.

I had a great experience at Burswood BBQ cafe. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again.

The food was delicious! The clay pot rice was impressive. We hadn't had clay pot rice in a long time, and it was up to true local standards. The malatang was very tasty, with a wonderfully creamy soup. We'll definitely be coming back again.
