KFC New Lynn

Bought a snack burger today at 12:58pm Friday 8th February at KFC new Lynn. The lettuce was very browndefinately not fresh and there was hairs entwined in the burger. Needless to say I did throw out the burger because it was very unsatisfactory and disgusting. KFC New Lynn please do better when it comes to your hygiene standards. I would give a zero star rating however on google you can only post with a minimum one star rating

Kiosk doesn’t print any proof of your order or give you an order number. Got 2 piece quarter packs when I ordered 3 piece quarter packs. They sorted it out but kiosk system should give you proof of what you have ordered

Tonight while waiting for my order along other payed customers who were also waiting one of the staff served her friend & was given his order before us customers who were already waiting before him. When I asked the young lady about this matter she just turned around & said that mine was next. This was not the point his order should been in the queue like everyone else. So I said her to hurry it up then & she replied that I can wait & that he was her customer. I find this uncalled for that she prioritzed her friend over already paid customers that were waiting.nNot happy with her attitude too when I said I was going to put in a complaint about her.

My good luck has finally run out at this branch, they forgot my Zinger! Can't really rate the food when the main item is missing but thanks for the fries though, at least they remembered to add that in.

I rarely buy KFC but on the last 2 occasions I have got home to find items missing. Last evening I had ordered dinner for 2. I was going to check the boxes but it was a busy time with a queue of cars behind me. When I went to KFC to complain this morning there was no refund, no coupon, nothing except an offer to replace the items... Really! At 10am the next day I'm not eating potato and gravy, and chips! How much extra profit are they making by this highly suspect practise. Not impressed
