KFC New Lynn

We ordered via a delivery app. The delivery slip clearly said we ordered 2 meals with drinks and extra mayo on all Colonel burgers. Only one meal arrived and none of the additional burgers had extra mayo. In fact, they barely had mayo at all. We seldom get KFC, but have always loved it. This last order left me very sad and disappointed…. It’s not about the money, it’s about looking forward to a meal you know and love and then getting dry, sub-par food.nAlso ordered 4 pieces of chicken. Two of were smaller than wicked wings!

I am never going to eat from kfc new Lynn again …worst place ..I ordered shared meal of boneless chicken 10 pieces , when I eat it I feel it very hard to chew it and really a bad taste ..when I break it then found that inside the chicken is still raw ….i don’t know if I will have a food poisoning later on because I already eat few pieces . Such a bad experience totally disappointed

WARNING – Do NOT eat from KFC New Lynn.nnI purchased chicken from this store TODAY and found what appears to be maggots/larvae on the food after opening it. This is beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable for a business serving the public.This is a serious food safety failure and a potential health risk. There is absolutely no excuse for contaminated food being sold to customers, especially on the same day of purchase.I have clear photo evidence and will be reporting this to the relevant food safety authorities. I expect accountability for this.nAvoid this place.

I ordered a Colonel’s Lunch with an extra 4 pieces of chicken, but the extra chicken was missing. The tall guy employee packing and handing out my food was wearing a wristwatch and was repeatedly checking it for personal calls or messages instead of focusing on his job. Wearing wrist jewellery while handling food violates standard food safety protocols, and his distraction directly caused the error in my order.nnEven more concerning, the female manager on duty was not meeting basic hair uniform standards. Her hair was completely loose and open she was wearing she is not wearing a hairnet nor a hair cap while actively packing orders.nnThey didn't handling out my receipt which is also a violating of customer rights.

Had a great experience at KFC. Hitesh and Anjali provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made sure our order was correct. The food was fresh and served quickly.nThank you, Hitesh and Anjali, for your outstanding service. Keep up the great work!
