I had a really good visit to KFC Avondale! The place was clean, the food was tasty, and everything was well-organized. A big thanks to the MOD Vishnu. He was very friendly and helpful, and even though it was busy, he stayed calm and made sure everything went smoothly. He really cares about the customers and his team. Great service like this is why I’ll keep coming back. Well done, Vishnu!

A special shoutout to the MOD ASIF – he was incredibly professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. He handled the busy rush with calm and efficiency, and you could see he genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to see that kind of dedication. Definitely one of the better KFC branches in Auckland thanks to the staff and especially Asif’s leadership. Will be coming back!

Mustmention Staff on duty PARWINDER SINGH. I was so pleased with the service I received from him. Friendly service, helped me to choose at affordable price. During his service he gave us proper attention and good coordination with his team. I called MOD to give his positive feedback. She told us he is on supervisor training and we must say well deserving candidate.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with KFC on December 13, 2024. I ordered a Boneless Combo, which included Hot & Crispy Boneless, a Bread Roll, Potato & Gravy, and Chips. Upon getting home and starting my meal, I discovered mold on the Bread Roll.nnI immediately reported this food safety issue through KFC's official website. While I initially received a response asking for more details, my follow-up went unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability from KFC is unacceptable.nnMold on food is a serious health risk, and the way KFC handled this matter reflects poorly on their commitment to quality and customer care. I trusted KFC for safe, reliable meals, but this experience has completely shattered that trust.nnI hope KFC addresses this issue seriously and improves its food safety standards. I cannot recommend this location until they make significant changes.

i came here for a supercharged sliders lunch, but after paying, they didn’t even tell me it was out of stock. instead, they gave me a half-cut chicken patty ‍ i shouldve taken a photo, but i got so pissed off i threw the whole thing away.ndon’t bother with their drive-thru either—it takes forever to place an order, and when you finally get your food, it's always cold, with unseasoned chips nupdate: i found the photo yall!!!
