25 minute wait drive through. There was only 3 cars ahead of me??? What were you doing cooking the chicken at 10pm at night wow?!nI was there to pickup an online order and it took you more than 5mins to complete and give me the bag of food. Also the giving me no spoon to eat my dessert got you 1 star instead of the 2 I was going to give. Such disappoint

I had a great experience at KFC Avondale. The service was excellent staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s always nice to visit a place where both the food and the customer service are consistently good. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishmentnnI ordered through the KFC app for pickup so I could quickly grab lunch during my break. When I arrived, the store was almost empty, but no one even acknowledged me. The lady behind the counter was leaning there, scrolling on her phone. After about five minutes of being ignored, she finally asked what I was waiting for. I told her I’d been there for a while and politely asked her to please put her phone away and check on my order. She said they were “preparing it” and walked off — still holding her phone.nnWhat made it worse was that she kept walking past me multiple times afterward, still glued to her phone and completely ignoring me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional — I’ve honestly never seen customer service that bad.nnA few minutes later, another staff member came out, asked what I was waiting for again, told me they were preparing it, and then grabbed my meal straight out of the heaters — meaning it had just been sitting there the whole time. I’d only ordered tenders and fries, so there’s absolutely no reason it should have taken that long, especially when the store was empty and there were no other orders on the screen.nnWhen I got to my car, I noticed they’d given me mash instead of gravy. I went back inside, and once again — no staff anywhere. After waiting another five minutes, someone finally showed up and told me they had no gravy available. When I asked for a refund, the guy just walked off for another five minutes before coming back and offering me a large mash instead — which I didn’t want.nnBy then, my food was cold, my order was wrong, and my entire lunch break was wasted. Even another customer who came in while I was there was ignored for several minutes before anyone bothered to greet him. It honestly felt like no one in that store cared about doing their job at all.nnThe whole experience was beyond frustrating, and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable — especially the woman on her phone, who showed zero professionalism or respect for customers.nnI hope this is seen by whoever manages the store because that team urgently needs to be retrained or reviewed.

I have no idea what's happened to management recently but I've had the worse drive through experience, the food was fine but staff were making mistakes which is fine but they would take so long with correcting my order, there were literally only 3 cars in the drive through including mine and it would take almost 20 minutes for me to finally get my food. The lady on the intercom was also difficult to hear.

Worst KFC i ever seen. Fried chickens are too oily and greasy. Doesnt feel fresh and doesnt taste like original KFC. Staffs are not well mannered, seems like ignoring customer and using phone is what they are good at. Even on a empty store they take 20-25 minutes to deliver a 10 pieces chicken buckets.
