KFC Avondale

I had an extremely disappointing experience with KFC on December 13, 2024. I ordered a Boneless Combo, which included Hot & Crispy Boneless, a Bread Roll, Potato & Gravy, and Chips. Upon getting home and starting my meal, I discovered mold on the Bread Roll.nnI immediately reported this food safety issue through KFC's official website. While I initially received a response asking for more details, my follow-up went unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability from KFC is unacceptable.nnMold on food is a serious health risk, and the way KFC handled this matter reflects poorly on their commitment to quality and customer care. I trusted KFC for safe, reliable meals, but this experience has completely shattered that trust.nnI hope KFC addresses this issue seriously and improves its food safety standards. I cannot recommend this location until they make significant changes.

i came here for a supercharged sliders lunch, but after paying, they didn’t even tell me it was out of stock. instead, they gave me a half-cut chicken patty ‍ i shouldve taken a photo, but i got so pissed off i threw the whole thing away.ndon’t bother with their drive-thru either—it takes forever to place an order, and when you finally get your food, it's always cold, with unseasoned chips nupdate: i found the photo yall!!!

I ordered a few items from here in the first week of September to take to the beach for a picnic. There was a couple of boxes of wings and burgers totalling $n50 or 60 odd.nOpened the first box of wings and found a feather in it. Disgusted as it made me I threw the rest of the stuff out. Sent a picture to make the complain about it and was contacted a few days later by the store manager.nI explained him the issue and he asks me to get him the order back. I mentioned that it's been a few days and there was no way I was getting the food back from the beach anyway but I saved the feather that I could bring back to him.nHis response was the next time you order from us we can give you a small pack of wicked wings complimentary.nI informed him I actually threw out the entire meal as I got the feather in my mouth and there was no way I will h ordering from his outlet in the future I expected at least a refund of the amount spent to which he says he is only permitted to give me a complimentary meal of th one that had the feather not everything..nThe lack of hygiene and the way management deals with complaints will make sure I never visit again.

They food is super amazing fresh and hot very loving and polite staff really recommend this store.

Normaly im not a fried auf KFC because they regulary fail in stasify my needs but this KFC provides an outstanding service.nnIt was clean inside, the terminal taked my order without any problems. My order was super fast ready. Burger looked nice, bread of the burger was kitchen staff was nice and kind. Chips was well fryed, salted and hot. Would recommend this KFC
