KFC Mount Maunganui

Ordered dinner and the guy at the speaker was not helpful, I paid for my food then found out that they didn’t have a certain food that I had already paid for then was asked to park in the car park as there was a wait on Chicken which was fine 8mins apparently. The guy came out and told me that he’d throw in a couple extra pieces as I was overcharged. Then i waited in the car park for over 40mins. I went inside and asked about my order and know one knew about it and my order was completely forgotten and not made and then when I did receive my order, I was only given half of the order and I had to ask them for the rest. No apology or anything, One person actually looks more annoyed than anything even though I didn’t complain. never saw the guy who took my order. Food was not the best I’ve had from there aswell. Disappointing

I had deliciously crispy and flavourful chicken, with perfectly salted chips. Overall it felt like a consistently enjoyable experience, with great value for fast food.

We were served by a very lovely lady her name was, desiree think I spelt that right awesome customer service and definitely deserves a raise. She was so friendly and helpful with our ordering although we took so long. Such an awesome representation of how all customer service should be. Chips were to salty tho not her fault of course x

No coleslaw no moro bar in 21 dollars quarter pack ,and was half open Box not in bag was a dogs breakfast lol,girl who served me seemed very disinterested and seemed like didn't want too be there hence missing two items

The meal was not really satisfying. I got a bucket meal with 10 pcs. It came with 3 sides, and we choose coleslaw, gravy &mash, and sprite. The chicken lacked salt. The Gravy & mash was really good but also lacked salt. The coleslaw was disgusting and it was The worst I have tried.nnService was decent, there was a small wait, but that was because of previous customer using his voucher code.nWe went around 4pm and it wasn’t that busy.nToilets are available . There are no stairs, so I would assume this is wheelchair accessible.
