KFC Mount Maunganui

I understand its busy with aims games but we were missing our wicked wings from our wicked pack.. also got given the wrong drinks. The drinks were cans.nnAnyway not imoressed, the chips were cold and wicked wings weren’t givingnnLady was also rude when we asked to switch the drinks, not my fault its aims games and its busy ‍

I recently visited the KFC drive-thru at Mount Maunganui and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dinner for two and two snack burgers, only to find that both burgers were missing their chicken patties upon returning home.nnI attempted to call the store seven times to resolve the issue, but no one answered. It’s concerning that such a critical mistake could occur, especially when I was the only customer in drive thru at the time.nnAfter sharing my experience on social media, I discovered many others have faced similar issues, which raises serious concerns about the quality of service. I hope this feedback leads to improvements, as this level of service is unacceptable.

I have sent 3 messages to KFC Head Office regarding my experience. I slipped and fell on their incredibly slippery floor and ended up with back injury and 2 weeks off work. Not to mention I lost all my food which was 2 Hot or Not Packs. They refused to replace my DROPPED food but I managed to get 1 piece of chicken back which turned out to be Original when all I went for was Hot and Spicy. No one apologised or asked if I was ok. They were incredibly rude.nIf someone had the decency to contact me or reply to my emails I would consider going back. But instead I have told anyone who listens about my experience. Typical Corporate who don't care about the people who are the reason they are around! Unfortunately I can't give no stars so they get 1 which is 1 more than they deserve.

Shocking. My partner waited 25 minutes after ordering inside while I personally stayed in the car and watched dozens of cars go through the drive through. I went inside and the front-of-house staff said they were waiting on wings and it would be at least “another 7 minutes”. I demanded a refund and they tried to under-pay us - they acknowledged they hadn’t paid us back the full amount “oops!” and finally gave us our full amount back. Seriously, worst KFC service I’ve experienced in my life!

The meal was not really satisfying. I got a bucket meal with 10 pcs. It came with 3 sides, and we choose coleslaw, gravy &mash, and sprite. The chicken lacked salt. The Gravy & mash was really good but also lacked salt. The coleslaw was disgusting and it was The worst I have tried.nnService was decent, there was a small wait, but that was because of previous customer using his voucher code.nWe went around 4pm and it wasn’t that busy.nToilets are available . There are no stairs, so I would assume this is wheelchair accessible.
