KFC Mount Maunganui

Best KFC I’ve been to in along time. Amazing yummy greasy chicken, I loved it. It had the perfect taste and blend of spice and crisp.100% recommend and will come again.

Lovely helpful young lady served us with a smile and had the order filled quickly.nThe chicken was delicious, as well as the chips, coleslaw, and potato an gravy.nGreat deal with 3 buckets of 10 pieces each with lge chips,coleslaw, and gravy for $30 a piece.$90 fed the group of 12 people.

I strongly do not recommend this KFC! We ordered a bucket with fries and coleslaw, and all three were bad. First, the fries weren’t cooked enough and weren’t salty enough—just overall bad. The coleslaw was drowning in sauce. But the worst part was the chicken: I’m not even sure it was properly fried. The coating was soggy and disgusting. The quality of the chicken was awful too—tiny, soft bones. I don’t know what conditions this chicken was raised in, but it must have been terrible. Don’t go there.

Tonight was hands down worst experience. Terrible customer service, waited over an hour for our order and they missed out on 4 items. Staff don’t act like they want to be there either. Should be a -5 stars option.
