Do you want food poisoning? They will give you their potato and gravy that expired 5 hours earlier!nDo you want to be ripped off? They will get your order totally wrong!nDo you want to be told that because they didn't give you a receipt, its your fault? Yep that is their level of customer service. If abuse and a rotten experience is your thing, visit Mt Maunganui KFCnHas to be the worst KFC to ever exist!

I strongly do not recommend this KFC! We ordered a bucket with fries and coleslaw, and all three were bad. First, the fries weren’t cooked enough and weren’t salty enough—just overall bad. The coleslaw was drowning in sauce. But the worst part was the chicken: I’m not even sure it was properly fried. The coating was soggy and disgusting. The quality of the chicken was awful too—tiny, soft bones. I don’t know what conditions this chicken was raised in, but it must have been terrible. Don’t go there.

Tonight was hands down worst experience. Terrible customer service, waited over an hour for our order and they missed out on 4 items. Staff don’t act like they want to be there either. Should be a -5 stars option.

Absolutely brilliant service in-store tonight, I ordered on the app and the collection time ended up being quite late. The girls in the shop were total legends and got the order out so quickly - fresh food and great service with a smile. Thanks team, much appreciated!
