Absolutely brilliant service in-store tonight, I ordered on the app and the collection time ended up being quite late. The girls in the shop were total legends and got the order out so quickly - fresh food and great service with a smile. Thanks team, much appreciated!

Tonight was hands down worst experience. Terrible customer service, waited over an hour for our order and they missed out on 4 items. Staff don’t act like they want to be there either. Should be a -5 stars option.

Our first time visiting this KFC on our drive from Auckland.nWe went through the drive thru and asked for the jumbo bucket with half hot and spicy and half original chicken.nThey nearly gave our order to the car in front of us.nWhen we unpacked our food we noticed they halved our chicken into separate buckets but it was all original chicken and no chicken thighs or hot and spicy chicken.nThe food tasted good though although we were a bit disappointed by not having some tasty hot and spicy chicken pieces too.

Mean service every time at KFC Mount! The crew are always friendly, food’s hot and fresh, and they’re pretty quick even when it’s busy. Place looks clean and well-run too. Easily one of the better KFCs around the Bay.
