I'm absolutely glad I went back the next day to let manager know that I did not receive my 330ml Coca-Cola. Not only did she happily give my purchase, she over and beyond. Fully replaced my zinger combo no charge. Wow! Thank you. I did not expect such a genuine apology. It was not her mistake. Still love love my KFC
Stopped here while travelling with family, there were 5 empty tables but none clean enough to sit at and calslaw I ordered and paid for wasn't available. Had to eat our meal in the car. Staff were helpful and wait not too bad but seriously some system issues at this store. Worst kfc I've ever been to
Went on NY day around 6pm and they were already running out of wicked wings so couldn't order more than a 3 pack. I don't know why KFC always runs out of chicken on public holidays. I am very particular with my order so always order with staff as the kiosk doesn't allow for much customization hence the low service rating. The lady who served us was stressed as she was new - but she done a great job and was lovely to deal with.
1nnOrdered a Veggie Hash Burger, it arrived without the hash. Just a bun with underripe tomato, cheese, and lettuce. Chips in the other orders had zero seasoning, not even a single grain of salt.nnPoor food quality and zero attention to basics. This place clearly has ongoing issues and deserves its bad reputation.
