Check your food in the drive through before you move, because I can almost guarantee you something will be missing from your order. I come from out of town, and KFC is one of my favorite foods, but the line at the drive-in is long in peak time, and I'm always in a hurry, so have frequently missed out on food I paid for because these guys leave it out. It's a shame, cos the food you get tastes good, but the accuracy of the order packing is poor, with things like chips always missing
One of the slowest take out places I've ever been to. The drive through is usually backd up right to the street which blocks up the car park for dine in customers. There is always a long wait for your orders don't go if you're short on time. In saying this they are very good at getting orders correct. The restaurant was very dirty this visit with food all over the tables and the floor, we decided to eat elsewhere because of this.
Husband ordered 2 piece quarter pack. The chicken is so little it looks like 1 and a half chicken quarter pack
Visited the Te Awamutu store twice and both times had a 45minute wait in the drive through then to be told they’ve run out of chicken when we’d finally ordered so had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Absolute torture and terrible service.
