I'm absolutely glad I went back the next day to let manager know that I did not receive my 330ml Coca-Cola. Not only did she happily give my purchase, she over and beyond. Fully replaced my zinger combo no charge. Wow! Thank you. I did not expect such a genuine apology. It was not her mistake. Still love love my KFC
There was no stock for drinks, which was really dissapointing. The order didn’t go through either so we had to re do it. Food is good but service is poor. Very dirty aswell.
Very fast service, seemed moderately busy, but still only a couple of minutes. It's strange, but why does the KFC from a location, other than your home town, always seem better. This was great, crunchy coating.
The food was very disappointing. What has happened to the potato and gravey? Tasted like milk powder and water. Greasy chicken and cold chips. Bread rolls were nice though
Such an awesome family dinner out. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was very hot fresh. Good overall experience here in Te Awamutu.
