Absolutely unacceptable.nLast week we visited KFC Te Awamutu and were told there was no chicken available. Tonight we came back and were told there were no chicken tenders available. When we got home and opened our meal, the chicken looked like it had barely been finished properly – no crispy coating, soggy skin, and looked more like boiled chicken than KFC.nThis isn't a one-off issue either. On a previous visit there were no drinks available.nWhat made it even worse was that I raised the issue with a staff member and was met with complete indifference. No apology, no concern, no attempt to make it right, and no offer to replace the product. It felt like nobody cared.nWhen you pay KFC prices, you expect KFC food. Constant stock shortages, poor-quality food, and poor customer service are becoming the norm at this store.nAt this point it doesn't feel like bad luck anymore. It feels like a store that's being poorly managed.nVery disappointed.
I'm absolutely glad I went back the next day to let manager know that I did not receive my 330ml Coca-Cola. Not only did she happily give my purchase, she over and beyond. Fully replaced my zinger combo no charge. Wow! Thank you. I did not expect such a genuine apology. It was not her mistake. Still love love my KFC
Absolutely hopeless, drove from Gisborne to Auckland then TA / Te Awamutu starving brought dinner for 2 plus for the family who live here.nNo chipsnNo big bottles of sodanBarely understand no no sorry could not understand at all what the lady at the window was saying had to drive to the window only to lip read, never again terrible place, how do you run out of produce.nManagement your establishment is painful
An exceptional dinner had here lastnight. The staff were super friendly and my gosh, the chicken was so fresh and satisfying.
There was no stock for drinks, which was really dissapointing. The order didn’t go through either so we had to re do it. Food is good but service is poor. Very dirty aswell.
