Had yo change my previous rating to 1 star. Can't believe their meat is thinner on all the burgers. The buns smelled off and barely any sauce, and on top of that the lettuce was slimey. thought it is fast and fresh food...
Burnt chips. I don't get how they accept fully brown chips. Also, they don't season them before putting into box. No seasoning below the top chips. I'll try not go back, or have to triple request extra seasoning on my chips. I don't think their standards are up there. Another time, their chicken was definitely not fresh. Tasted stringy and old. Got given a voucher for it.
Ordered tonight, a big snack burger with extra cheese and bacon, burger only had one patty when there is meant to be 2, no extra cheese but half a bottle of sauce in there ‍ and a cheesy BBQ slider with no cheese.. chips were cold and old, popcorn chicken rubbery. KfC Cambridge are bloody useless every damn time. Prices on Uber eats is ridiculously hiked up for shitty quality food! Won't be ordering again.
ordered two regular zinger stacker meals, was charged for two large and given wrong drinks, the chicken on the burgers was so old and inedible and the fries had no salt, the second part of our order was a share pack bucket, again, no salt, no napkins, one spoon for the gravey but the worst part was the food poisoning. violently Ill... I never leave reviews but this place was disgusting, when we got to the drive through window we could see the filth. should have known better and refused the order but we were passing through town and hungry. we want a refund.
Absolutely shocking experience..nLady consistently tried to make my orders large, I specified how much a tower burger ultimate combo would be, which was almost $22, sweet as. After waiting what was almost 25 minutes for 1 car ahead of me to go through the same pain i did... she got my order wrong 7 times.. each time more frustrating than the last. She then decides to take an order half way through me trying to explain my order AGAIN! after getting the manager who shut the window on me and didn't say a word to me, she tells me my order is $66 for a $40 order. I won't be coming here again, and encourage everyone else to drive to Te awamutu or even Hamilton. Also place looked filthy from the drive through window.
