Got takeaway from here. The food was nice and fresh. Service was a bit slow. The tables were dirty, and customers had to clean them by themselves. The toilet was also dirty. Overall, it was okay.
Right at the town centre. Perfect location. Staff were quick and efficient, serving with a smile. My order was neatly packed for takeaway.
I recently stopped by Cambridge KFC and was honestly so impressed with how much it’s improved. In the past, the service and food weren’t the best — it could be slow, inconsistent, and a bit disappointing overall. But this time was a completely different experience.nnThe food was fresh, hot, and cooked really well — exactly what you expect from KFC. Everything came out quickly and tasted great.nnWhat really stood out this time was the level of customer service. A young blonde staff member, who I believe is the manager, made a huge difference to the experience. She was attentive, approachable, and handled everything with confidence. When I needed help, she stepped in straight away, sorted things efficiently, and made sure everything was right before I left. It didn’t feel rushed or forced — just genuine, good service that you don’t always get.nnThe whole atmosphere felt more organised and positive, and it’s clear that her leadership is making a huge difference. It’s honestly like a completely different store compared to before.nnSuch a big turnaround — I’ll definitely be coming back!
We went in store to purchase, we stood looking at the menu and were hoping to order over the counter but the staff kept their backs to us and didn't even bother looking around. We placed our order using the order kiosk, and waited and waited and after 25 mins eventually got the attention of a staff member and asked how much longer. Meanwhile cars were coming and going through the drive in.nEventually we got our order, on unpacking it at home noticed no potato and gravy for both orders. The chicken was warm and the chips were near on cold and the chip box was only 3/4 full. Very disappointing experience all round, staff need a lesson in customer service.
The staff are really good at taking orders, when I don’t know what to get they would suggest a meal that could satisfy us. The wait isn't that bad as well, they handle customers with respect and patience and deliver the best customer service ever
