We went there for our anniversary and had Jasmine serving us, they made our night extra special when ever they could. With candles, sunflowers, cute messages, and heart chocolates. Everyone was very friendly and the food was amazing! They did tell us we could take the flowers at the end too was a night to remember thank you very much!!
It doesn't matter when during the week you go to Good Union, it's always a good time. They always have something different to entertain the customers. We went when the match between the All Blacks and South Africa was on. It was a fun experience watching the match there. The staff was amazing, and the food and beers were so good. I feel like it's an awesome escape from the quiet life in Cambridge.
Must do: the taste paddle, and for me I dont think the amber ale was too lekka. The haze of glory IS the boss nThe high volume tented area can be chilly.
What a cool wee spot. We had an altercation with our car and had a night in Cambridge and our night ended up being so good. This place is such a gem. Great beer, tasting trays were so good. The food was absolutely amazing, and the desert yum!!. Atmosphere was such a vibe. We really enjoyed it and stayed for a few hours. Will be back for sure
Like my review! I can only speak for the beers and not the food and I'll state that it was one damn good beer. As a person who loves wine, beers are only served to me if it's excellent. Good Union serves amazing Good George beer that puts this brewery on the map of the amazing craft beers in this country. And how frequently can you tell your friends that you drank beer inside a church. As a devout Catholic, it was amazing to see how they transformed this church into a restaurant and brewery which was so beautiful and elegant. Although I wish I lived closer, I can drink their beers every week at Good Union. I highly recommend it to our friends and family.
