How can I help you?

The one thing guaranteed to slam the brakes on your training, is injury. Whether it’s an aching back, a shoulder twinge, or a niggly knee, injury presents a turning point for your relationship. As an Accredited Rehab Trainer, I have the skills and experience to help guide you through to recovery so you can keep moving forward. I offer a common sense approach to putting the science of exercise and nutrition into practice and specialize in finding unique and interesting ways to fit exercise around your lifestyle, work and family commitments so that you too can make ‘healthy’, ‘fit’, ‘lean’, ‘strong’ and ‘energised’ a part of your everyday life.

With my expertise and experience as a Rehab Trainer I can help coach you to work with your existing or previous injuries so that you can remain active and train. You'll learn some drills to help improve the function and bio-mechanics of any weak areas as well as techniques to help address imbalances.

My motto is - Do what you can, with what you've got, when you can.

There is ALWAYS something we can do to keep you moving. I specialise in finding unique and interesting ways to fit exercise into your crazy, busy life.

Love Kate as a PT, she has set up a fantastic platform that gives so many options to choose from. A range of different short workouts that change regularly that you can do live online, follow along later or just follow in the app. Great support if you need alternative exercises or encouragement and Kate loves to get feedback on what people enjoy or would like included when she plans workouts. Also offers nutrition programs to compliment your training. I have been a member for a few years and have found it so beneficial. Love the convenience of being able to do my workouts at home or anywhere. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love using Kate as my online trainer. I have a gym set up in the garage and do everything through an app that talks me through my routine. The best thing is we catch up every month or so to change up my program and do a totally new one. This keeps it fresh and interesting which means I’m far more likely to do it. Since working out regularly with Kate and the app I’m feeling fit and strong, and the regular exercise is so good for my mental health. Highly recommend!!
I joined Kate's online fitness group Strong Fit Women in July 2022. I am thoroughly enjoying it and feel great now I'm getting my fitness back on track and have lost about a kilo which is an added bonus!. I've done a couple of her 5-Day free challenges too which was a great way for me to get a taste of what Kate offered. I then decided she was the right fit for me. Kate is just full of knowledge on exercise, diet, and mindset. I love being able to work out at home via the Facebook group or her great fitness app. She holds us accountable and is always there to help. She gives us tips on technique and other things re fitness and eating throughout the workouts oh and foster kitten updates. She's such an inspiration, with her lively personality and is very friendly and down-to-earth...a real wee gem!
I've been working with Kate for a couple of years now and have found her to be absolutely wonderful. Kate has tailored a very balanced program for my level of fitness which has been hugely appreciated, particularly as she's patiently guided me in my long Covid recovery in the last 7 months. She has really listened to how I'm feeling, and adapts programs on the run if I'm not having a great day energy-wise. Kate's amazing knowledge, compassion and ability to listen and adapt is hugely appreciated, and has helped me stay on track and feel confident about my return to fitness. A genuine superstar - thank you Kate!
Not only is Kate an incredible lady, but she truely loves what she does and it shows. She has strict attention to detail when it comes to correct technique and form when working out and really works to help each individual reach their goals in a positive environment. Couldn’t recommend her enough :
