As an Accredited Rehab Trainer, I have the skills and experience to help guide you through to recovery so you can keep moving forward. I offer a common sense approach to putting the science of exercise and nutrition into practice and specialize in finding unique and interesting ways to fit exercise around your lifestyle, work and family commitments so that you too can make ‘healthy’, ‘fit’, ‘lean’, ‘strong’ and ‘energised’ a part of your everyday life.
With my expertise and experience as a Rehab Trainer I can help coach you to work with your existing or previous injuries so that you can remain active and train. You'll learn some drills to help improve the function and bio-mechanics of any weak areas as well as techniques to help address imbalances.
