Story

WE Accounting want to be a catalyst for change within the accounting industry, not only by providing a different type of service to clients, but by being leaders in diversity and acting as role models for young people in our communities.

WE focuses on working with people not just for them.

WE know what it's like to own and operate a business. The WE founders, Wyndi and Eli Tagi started WE accounting with four kids between them in a blended family – and a surprise fifth on the way –all while Wyndi was still holding down a job as a Manager in Customer Service at a bank! The first years in WE Accounting were crazy, working all day in the office, rocking a four week old, going home to organise the kids, and then working through until one or two in the morning. WE know how hard it can be, so place a high level of importance on really understanding our clients’ complete situation so we can not only make the financial side easy for them, but also right for their unique circumstances.

WE also explain things to people in a language they understand. The WE staff are trained to talk layman rather than ‘accountant speak’ so clients actually know what we're talking about. For this reason we are also a Xero Gold Partner. We deal exclusively with this software as we believe it’s the most user-friendly solution, especially for those who hate dealing with numbers.

We also have a monthly packaged payment system so clients can spread their payments out and not get hit with a tax bill, and an accountant’s bill, at the end of the financial year. We have graded packages, but they include all phone calls and meetings – there
are no extra hidden charges. This means people can call us once a month, once a week or three times a day, and talk in a relaxed
fashion without worrying about being charged for every second. A lot can change in the course of a year in business, and that’s why we feel it’s important to keep in touch regularly throughout the year.
